I want to thank Evelina and the Star Tour company for their assistance and professional work in organizing our tour in Georgia ("Mimino" from 8.04 to 12.04 2019). We chose this company because initially there was a tour including Batumi on their website, which was important for us and generally impressed with the variety of tours and the good organization of the site. Good afternoon I want to write a review about a trip to Kaliningrad. The tour was called "Mayskie in Kaliningrad" from 1.05 to 5.05. We traveled as a group of 4: 3 adults and a 12 year old. Grishanina Olga helped us a lot with the selection of the tour. Now about the trip. We lived in the Moscow Hotel. Very cozy, comfortable rooms, polite staff, a variety of delicious breakfasts. Convenient location, the bus for the tour drove up to the hotel. The guides told the history of all the places where we were very detailed. There was genuine love for native land. The tour program was rich: sightseeing around the city, Baltiysk, Yantarny, Svetlogorsk, Schaaken Castle, curonian spit. Impressions are the best. A small piece of Europe in Russia. I want to go back there on my own and just walk around the places I like the most. Breathe the magical air, a mixture of the sea and pine needles. Cons: the hotel (more correctly, the complex) Park Hotel SDL. We spent 2 nights in the SDL complex, and half of the 2nd day. Half of the 2nd day was lost time. SDL did not provide any of the services indicated on the website: the pool does not work (you can swim in the lake, but it’s somehow cool after the rain), there is no massage, I didn’t get to the private zoo - it was closed, solarium? Turkish bath? Phyto bath?, on the territory 4 Russian baths, but the price is 3500 rubles per person!Part of the territory was closed, there was no access to big lake. The first thing you should pay attention to is that the hotel is located as far as possible from the beach. And that will never change. Some write that you have to walk 40 minutes in the heat, but we walked longer. And after that, they always used local minibuses (dolmush) No. 2 and No. 3 for 2 lira from the nose (stop 5 minutes from the hotel, focus on the minaret of the mosque). You can catch dolmushi everywhere along their route, very responsive drivers. When you pay, be sure to say the name of the hotel - Seray Club and you can be taken higher, or rather, closer to the hotel. Everything here is very mountainous, and confusing, although very beautiful. In general, if you are not in the best physical shape (elderly, children, disabled people) you better not come here.
Although, the hotel takes you to the beach for free (2 times in the morning at 9 and 9-30 and one for lunch at 12-30, and one more at 14-00 to the beach). But, we only used this service once, because the bus is as crowded as in a tin can.
The hotel itself is very nice, the staff is polite, but English-speaking (although our British have been supplanted a long time ago). But, managers speak Russian, who is worse, who is better. There are only vacationers from the Russian Federation and Ukraine. Wristbands are not given upon check-in.
Cleaned up well. Of course, there is a difference when you leave a dollar or not, but it doesn't matter. They thought that, as in Egypt, they would not clean up before leaving, but they wanted to. There are no "do not disturb" signs. We wanted not to be disturbed, refused cleaning, so the manager immediately ran to find out what the problem was. So everything is serious, the guests are paid attention. And there are cameras all around, which I think is normal. Although, only ours were outrageous. Back at 3 in the morning and yelling can only they, the cheerful conquerors of Bar Street. The hotel makes a shuttle to the city at 21-30, but no one is lucky back, so someone comes back all night to sleep for a couple of hours and run for breakfast. So it's not quiet here. Music at the pool bar too late into the night. We were lucky with the room, so we could not hear, although the elevator was noisy (the wall of the back room was adjacent to the elevator shaft). One booth immediately broke down and was never fixed, so it was quieter. But, there is no soothing silence, life is seething.
There is no animation. Groups of young people entertain themselves by spending all day at the pool for beer and seeds and listening to something like turnip (I remember the song about the super-sexy guy who suffered from this). And in the evening most of the city have some fun!

Food. There is no porridge in the morning. Only cereal. They don't cook scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs. It’s hard with meat, but there is chicken (in the form of vegetable goulash or meatballs). Once there were fish cakes. There were sausages, cats eat them, so it’s normal. There are many side dishes, a lot of cottage cheese in the form of snacks and various cheeses. There are few eggplants, but there were tasty peppers. Salads, arugula, cucumbers, tomatoes are. One kind of soup at lunchtime and in the evening. There are sweets too. From fruits - only watermelons. We didn't starve. It’s just that everyone is squeezing to the opening and immediately sweeps everything away, you have to calculate the time for the second take-out of food. We were at dinner only 2 times, because it is not convenient to return to the hotel so far away, and had a snack in the city. I think for this hotel it is better to take not "all inclusive", but only breakfast and lunch. They drank gin from drinks, did not like the wine.
Water. They poured into their bottles from the beverage unit (there was a button for clean water). And so drinks such as juices (pineapple, orange, apple, cherry). They also bought water and iced tea in the city in large supermarkets (Migros, Shock, etc. - at the same time they changed money, paying in dollars, the exchange rate is better here than in exchange points.). It seemed that bottled drinking water in Turkey is cheaper than in an independent one.
Beach. They take you to the embankment, where there are a lot of beaches. Some are hotel, some are at cafes, some are wild. Choose yourself. But, they bring you to a certain place, and at the beginning you stay here to get comfortable (since there are amenities nearby - a toilet, a shower). You pay for a sunbed and an umbrella by buying a drink (the cheapest one is 16 lire). Very closely. Cheaper wild beach(closer to the port) - you don’t have to pay there (there are amenities), but there are no sunbeds and umbrellas. This is important, because the sun is very hot and you will burn out instantly, there is nowhere to hide. Need your own towels. The wild beach at the port is cleaner than the one we were originally on. On a paid beach and a film of fuel and garbage that blows away from yachts. In general, we went to a wild beach in Icmeler (3 lira from the nose on a dolmush), it is cleaner and less crowded. By the way, in past years, the hotel took vacationers exactly in the direction of Icmeler to Nirvana Beach, where there is excellent water, and all around, mountains and forests. But, the concept of the hotel has changed, and they don't carry people here anymore. Now Nirvana Beach is a wild beach without sunbeds and umbrellas (there is nowhere to hide from the sun), but there are some amenities - a toilet and a fountain with drinking water(there they rinsed with a bottle). It seems that the cafe is starting to work, and it will be possible to have a bite to eat. Maybe something will change - umbrellas are needed there. And at this stage, you can choose any beach in Marmaris - wild or paid.
Although, for the lazy or thrifty, there is a pool that doesn't smell like bleach. There is a section for kids and there is a slide, which is periodically turned on. And unlimited drinks. You don't have to leave the hotel.

The hotel is clean, pleasant, with good rooms and a small pool. If not for the remoteness from the city center and the coast, it could well have had the status of a youth or even a family one.
If you bought a ticket here, get ready to entertain yourself, leave money for lunch and dinner in a cafe (food is lame), as well as for the road to the sea.

The five-story building is located on the mountain.
The first impression is the stunning beauty that opens up from the windows and balconies of the hotel: on the one hand, the city is in full view, on the other, mountains covered with emerald greenery, and a forest.
Fans of colorful photos and videos will certainly appreciate it.
There are 86 rooms to choose from, you can stay in a spacious two-room suite with a living room and a bedroom. Balconies are not everywhere, they are equipped with chairs and tables, invite you to sit quietly, admire the nature of Turkey. There are quite thick curtains on the windows, creating excellent conditions for sleeping.
Not so long ago, the resort went through renovation, it looks like new. The living quarters have also been put in order, the furniture has not been updated, but it is in very good condition.
Every corner is clean. Laminate floors in the living rooms, tiles in the corridors and bathrooms.
Pretty comfortable bathrooms with full baths, closed with a glass curtain. Shampoos and especially toothpastes are not provided, only liquid soap is provided.
With hot water, things are not important, the main thing is to have time to take a shower before 18.00, otherwise you will have to bathe in cold water.
The rooms are equipped with the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay:

- refrigerator (empty);

Cleaning is a daily ritual, without interruption. The maids often change towels, but sometimes the hands do not reach the bed linen.

Food leaves much to be desired, tourists are in solidarity with the reviews. The food is worse than in hotels with 3 stars. However, if there are not enough all-inclusive offers, you can always have a bite or dinner in the nearest cafes, buy fruits in the shops, the prices in Turkey are reasonable.
Four meals a day, including afternoon snack. The bar is open from 10 am, but already at 22.00 drinks are not served.
You can have a meal both in the dining room and on the terrace. There is no shortage of places.
Standard breakfasts consist of flakes, muesli, they must have milk. In the morning diet of children, parents add cottage cheese, scrambled eggs and yogurts. Guests can make their own sandwiches using a special machine in the dining room. Sausage and soy sausages, for an amateur. Raisins, honey, dried apricots, olives and jam - as an addition.
Waiting for lunch hot cream soup, a variety of vegetables and herbs, salads, all kinds of sauces. All this safely migrates to dinner. You should not expect meat, instead of it, chicken, soy cutlets, meatballs, balls ... There are "fish" days, but rarely. Baked vegetables - that's what cooks do best.
The saddest thing is that the dishes come across not fresh or poorly cooked. For example, sour milk, salads, raw scrambled eggs.
Tea drinking can be arranged with oriental sweets. When it comes to fruit, that's the real problem.. There is watermelon, melon, apples, and that amount is strictly dosed, there is not enough for everyone.
Drinks - for every taste, from tea bags, coffee from vending machines to sprite and cola. Not without powdered juice from vending machines. Alcohol is acceptable: good beer, red and white wine are served. Those who want something stronger will be poured vodka, raki, gin. All this is much weaker in degrees than in Russia.
Staff
Grand Panorama Family Suite boasts good service. Most of the staff are very sociable, friendly, positive atmosphere reigns. Requests are not denied, trying to make the life of guests as comfortable as possible.
The specificity of the resort is such that the Russian language is not common here. None of the employees know enough about it. They only know common phrases - “how are you”, “hello”, “goodbye”.
So if you speak English, the rest of 2020 will be much easier.
Entertainment and animation

There is practically nothing to do on the territory of the hotel, especially in the evenings.
From entertainment - swimming in a small pool with a tiny children's slide. There is a paddling pool nearby, which warms up perfectly during the day.
In the basement there is a complex with a hammam and an indoor pool. From 10 am to 5 pm there is an opportunity to warm up in the steam room for free. For a fee, the fish will do a pedicure.
Animation is missing. You can't even surf the Internet with pleasure, because the speed is very bad.
Occasionally, guest artists drop by in the evenings; programs last no more than 20 minutes. The staff organizes trips to discos (provided that ten people are recruited), which can be easily reached by yourself.
The official information says game room for babies. In fact, it is, but does not work. There is a playground in the yard, but with the advent of dusk it is impossible to use it - there is no lighting.
Beach
The hotel is on the third coastline. Walking to the beach for about an hour along a winding road, if you do not know the way, you can get lost. A transfer is organized to the sea in the form of a small minibus, which is always crowded. 10 minutes and the beach. Many vacationers go to public transport– more convenient, the stop is not so far away.
The resort doesn't rent the beach, oh seaside vacation taken care of by the guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are paid pleasure. Thrifty tourists are located on the sand, laying towels.
The water in the sea on the city beach is not completely transparent due to the proximity to the port with yachts.
The entrance is soft, gentle, there are almost never waves due to the mountains covering the horizon.
Resort guests and locals chose the beaches of the neighboring village of Ichmeler. Here the sea is more beautiful, cleaner. They go here on dolmushes.
Location and surroundings
4 km from the center of Marmaris, Armutalan village - this is the location of Grand Panorama Family Suites.
To get to this resort in Turkey, they fly to the town of Dalaman. And then buses go for about 1.5 - 2 hours.
It takes 10 minutes to go downhill to the nearest stop, it is harder to go back - a very steep slope. Leaves for the city center at 21.00 free bus, you will have to return by taxi.

First trip to Turkey, there is nothing to compare with. I'll leave my impressions.
The first thing I encountered: there is no gym on the basis of the hotel. I had to look in the city (for 20 lire I found it at a time).
There is also no bath, no sauna, no billiards or other dope. Whatever travel agents tell you - all rut. The hotel blames the travel agency, TA blames the hotel. There are no ends to be found.
Next is settlement. Docks quickly looked, I confirm. 5 minutes and to the rooms. But the room was not given out so hot (the balcony was covered with something, a view of the barbed wire), though without conflict they offered others of the same class.
The room is not 4 stars, that's for sure. TV set from the 90s on a crooked shelf, a lot of minor flaws. In the shower room, the curtain immediately flew off, and for all 7 days the water flowed in thin streams onto the tile, on which, out of hopelessness, I threw a towel in order not to slip. From bath accessories: soap, shampoo, toilet paper and 3 towels for three. This is all. The rest will have to be purchased if they did not take their own.
I will leave a bunch of minor annoyances in the room, in fact, we only need it to sleep at night and store things during the day.
Elevator: 1 out of 2 works. There is no discomfort, the view is excellent. The glass is really dirty. Darkens.
Reception - it's a Wi-Fi zone (it only catches there). I don't know if it was on purpose or it just happened, but it's very cool. All zadroty guests sit there, and not in rooms where there is no Internet. It looks like a common gathering place.
Restaurant. I can’t say anything bad about the cuisine: although it doesn’t differ in variety, it has a good assortment. If you are not a fan of eating everything at once, then you will not have time to pall. 3 times a day + afternoon snack with cookies. In my opinion, the food is at least 4+.
Bar. Here is a minus. They pour water. I tried drinking beer. I started at 10:00, at 16:00 I got tired of running to the counter, I bought alcohol at a nearby store. Infa, that the air is sea, so you don’t get drunk - the standard local rut. A similar story with other drinks. The good news: no drunken brawls. A positive theme is the tea next to the bar. Excellent tea. The rest of the bar is a hat for show, which is.
Pool. Works from 8:00 to 18:00. Water norms, sun loungers are always free, some beaten by life. The slide works according to the schedule, everyone is happy.
Staff. All 5 stars here. Courteous, friendly, dirty dishes just evaporate from the table. I note in particular that one volunteer service representative gathers guests to play basketball after 22:30. He will also tell you what and where to see, where you can listen to local authorities of Turkish music. You will need to communicate with him only in English, because there is trouble with Russian. I gave him a shaker for prot as a keepsake because of uselessness, because I began to thump from sadness, sadness, forgetting about the sports mode.
