Dear passengers! Passage to the zones of domestic and international airlines is possible only if the passenger has a boarding pass (in paper or electronic form).

For convenience, use online registration... Many airlines have this service, for example, Rossiya, UTair, Wizz Air and Turkish airlines. Information about the procedure and the form of passage can be found on the official website of the company or on the links below.

Important! The Vnukovo airport administration recommends to go through online check-in, if there is such an opportunity. This will save time and reduce the likelihood of being late.

Online check-in

Go to your airline's website, find the coupon and print it out. If you do not have a printer, Vnukovo employees will print your coupon at the check-in counter.

Remember! Online check-in frees you from standing in lines, but it does not guarantee that you will quickly complete all the stages necessary for boarding. You should still arrive early.

You must check in your luggage in any case.

Online registration has a number of advantages: you can go through it at home, at work, at public transport- if only there was a device with the Internet. You can choose a seat on the plane yourself. You print the coupon yourself, you don't have to do it at the airport.

Online check-in starts 24 hours before departure and ends 45 minutes.

Please note that in some cases it will not be possible to register via the Internet:

  • if accompanying children is required;
  • if you are carrying luggage to passenger seat or pets;
  • as well as in the case of transportation of weapons.

Below you will find information on company rack numbers, if fixed, and links to sites for online check-in.

What to do: from check-in to departure

  1. Registration.

At this point, you drop off your baggage and receive your boarding pass. During check-in, ask to indicate your home address on your luggage and mark your luggage as fragile. This will prevent loss of cargo and reduce the likelihood of damage.

  1. Inspection.

During inspections, the security service checks passengers for dangerous things: explosives, knives, and so on.

  1. Passport control.

It takes a lot of time. The boarding pass and the authenticity of the documents are checked.

  1. Landing.

Find the gate in advance. His number is shown on your ticket. This will help you avoid being late for your plane.

Passenger check-in starts 2 hours before flight departure... In Vnukovo, it runs in the main terminal of the airport - Terminal A, on the 2nd floor. Check-in ends automatically 40 minutes before sending... In the case of Turkish airlines - 45 minutes.

Remember! For flights of the companies "Russia", "Sky Express", "UTair" check-in is available 12 hours before departure.

Arrive at the airport early! Consider the time it will take for security checks at the entrance to the terminal, registration and passport control. Airport staff will not be able to renew late arrival check-in.

Who flies to Vnukovo

According to the official website of Vnukovo, the airport cooperates with 22 companies that operate flights both within Russia and internationally.

Additional Information! If your airline is not on the list, you will find out the check-in conditions for its flights on the official website of the company or resellers (for example, One Two Trip).

An interesting video about how the Vnukovo airport is arranged:

In order not to find yourself in an unpleasant situation and without any problems board the plane, you must remember a few simple rules: check in online, arrive at the airport earlier, tag your luggage, remember maps and signposts, find the gate in advance. That's all, enjoy your flights!

Tourists who are going to fly by plane for the first time often don’t know what to do at the airport. In fact, there is nothing terrible and complicated in registration and flights: everything happens according to the same scheme. We decided to introduce you to the main airport check-in rules and talk about some of the nuances of customs clearance.

So, you bought a ticket, you have an international passport (or internal passport), a visa, insurance and you can't wait to find out how to check in at the airport. First, be sure to make scanned copies of all your documents and place them on your mailbox so that you can access them from any computer if necessary. Also make photocopies of documents and keep them separate from the originals. Before traveling to the airport, be sure to check that you have all the documents and put them in an easily accessible place. If you purchased your ticket online, be sure to print it out to avoid unpleasant incidents.

Prepare all documents - you will need to present them at the counter

Stow your belongings by dividing them into luggage and carry-on luggage... Consider the shipping company's rules regarding cargo. Documents should be kept in transparent zip-lock bags. Consider the allowance for liquids in your carry-on baggage. Don't forget your bank card and cash (be sure to bring cash with you).

Arriving at the airport

Check-in usually starts 3 hours and ends 50-30 minutes before departure. If you are flying for the first time, try to arrive at the airport early to understand the terminals and how the air gates work.

Note:many airports have check-in counters for latecomers. They work almost until the very departure, but, most likely, you will have to pay a fine.

Remember that you are not going to the airport, but to the terminal. If in small cities this is the same thing, then in megalopolises the distance between terminals can be very substantial. Due to the queues, the check-in time can be completely different - from half an hour to two hours. Do not expect that you will pass everything in 5 minutes - people who are late are usually up to 10 percent on each flight, and everyone needs it “urgently”.

registration

Let's take a closer look, how is check-in at the airport. After arriving, the first thing to do is find the information board. It displays all the necessary information:

  1. Airline. The name of the airline.
  2. Flight. Current flight number.
  3. Departure. Arrival point.
  4. Sheduled - dispatch time.
  5. Counters - the number of the check-in counter.
  6. Gate - the number of the “gate” (the platform from which the boarding is carried out).
  7. Status - Current state flight.

There can be several flight states:

  • canceled (canсeled);
  • delayed;
  • boarding completed (gate closed);
  • landing (check in);
  • start time of the registration process (on-time).

The scoreboard shows all relevant information about nearby flights

Find the flight number on your ticket and find out at which counter you need to check in, whether the departure time has changed, whether the flight you need is delayed. Then boldly approach the desired rack.

Note:Each counter has flight details and point of arrival. If there is a long queue at your counter, and there is an empty business class nearby, then you can ask the staff to register you at it. Usually there is no problem with this.

You need to provide the airline employee with your passport and ticket. In some cases, staff may ask you for a visa if you are flying to another country. Place your suitcase on the scales (be careful not to overweight). If you have a large carry-on baggage, the airport staff can weigh it as well. A special sticker with a barcode will be glued to the suitcase and taken away for further inspection. If you are flying with a stopover, your baggage will automatically be transferred from plane to plane. At the counter, you can ask the employee to put you in a certain place (by the window, on the aisle, closer to the beginning of the plane). If the passengers have not booked seats in advance, then your request will be satisfied by issuing a boarding pass. If you are flying with a child, ask to sit by the aisle - it will be easier for you to get up. You will also receive a tag at the counter to pick up your luggage.

Flight information is duplicated at the check-in counter

Note:do not allow overloading in baggage and carry-on baggage. Some carriers turn a blind eye to him, but most will fine you even for an overweight of 100 grams.

After passing the counter, you should have a boarding pass and a tear-off tag with information about the cargo in your hands. At this, registration is considered complete and you go for further inspection by the security service. The boarding pass indicates not only the seat at which you will board, but also the gates (exit) number from which you will board the aircraft. Be sure to find out how long does it take to check-in for the plane, so as not to be late for the flight.

Landing

After passing through the check-in counter, you will be taken to passport control. You will need to show your passport, visa and boarding pass to the airport employee. Here your carry-on baggage will be “enlightened” and, if necessary, checked, and you will be asked to go through the metal detector frame. Security staff will ask you questions about drugs, explosives or weapons. It is strictly not recommended to joke with them - they can take you off the flight and even start criminal proceedings.

Note:many airports operate a corridor customs inspection system. Choose the green corridor if you are not carrying any dangerous goods or items that require a mandatory declaration.

After passing the inspection, you will be taken to “ open area”. There are cafes, waiting rooms, duty-free shops, and sockets for recharging mobile devices. When the boarding of your flight is announced over the speakerphone, you need to go to the “gate” indicated on your boarding pass. Show it to the airport employee - she will tear off the spine from it and return it to you. Keep your boarding pass until the end of your flight. After that, you board the plane and travel to your destination.

Green corridor - for those who have nothing to declare

The office of a travel agency is like a regular grocery store - printed sheets of directions and prices, a battered map of the world, a couple of souvenirs from Greece or Turkey, and sluggish sellers of undetermined age. This sad island of the last century still calls itself a travel agency - the place where you come to plan a vacation or trip, to fulfill your old dream.

The world is slowly changing and hackneyed directions travel agencies attracts fewer and fewer people: even those who are well over 40 years old want unusual experiences, jeep trips or kayaking trips away from the main hiking trails... That is why agencies of a new type appeared, which in the article we call travel agencies 2.0.

Such travel companies you can not even call agencies in full - most often their founders travel and share shelter with you, tell stories and take you to places that are hidden not only from tourists, but also from the authors of materials "life hacks from local". This is because they thoroughly explored the region, they know a lot about it, both theoretical and practical information, and also have local connections: any client of such an agency can be sure that he will get the most out of his trip, and all risks and possible problems will be promptly eliminated.

In fact, travel agencies 2.0 are your guides in places where travel is difficult to plan on your own (and such places, you will be surprised, there are still a lot of such places in the world). They put together a unique program, know the best value for money in the region and understand how to plan your week of vacation so that you get the maximum experience for the right price.

Our first guest was Elnar Mansurov, the famous "guy with a bear's head", the founder of the Mishka.Travel project.

Start

How and when did it all start? What preceded this? Did you have financial reasons or a desire to reveal a region that you know well? Perhaps some other reason?

More and more people wanted to visit not just the places that I visited, but also specifically interested in the opportunity to travel with me as fellow travelers. They had many reasons: someone did not want to bother with organizing the route and completely trusted me, someone dreamed of Iceland and Norway, but could find fellow travelers only to Turkey and Egypt, someone just wanted to get to know me, learn more about my travels, the principles of building a route, and so on.

Where was your first organized tourist trip? Why exactly there?

The first mass departure was back in 2010, when I gathered ten strangers and we went from Perm and Moscow to Vienna, from where we moved to Hungary, rented cars and moved to the sea on the Croatian Istrian peninsula. The trip was classically low-cost: tickets were bought from Moscow round-trip for 3,900 rubles, tickets to Budapest from Vienna for 300 rubles, the cost of renting a car was also insignificant.
