The term for consideration of the request and provision of the certificate is 7 days from the date of receipt of the request.
The cost of urgent provision of a certificate is 3000 rubles. The term for preparing an urgent certificate is 24 hours from the moment of receiving the request.

The certificate is issued only after confirmation of the fact of payment.

Documents confirming information on the flight made by the passenger (the fact of the flight, the cost of the flight, the cost of carriage of excess baggage, etc.) can be issued only:

1. the person who made the flight;
2. a person whose minor child made the flight (in this case, the child's birth certificate / passport must be attached to the application);
3. a person, if he has powers, confirmed by a power of attorney drawn up in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code.

Certificates confirming information on the flight are not provided to unauthorized persons, including husband, wife, other relative or third-party organization. With the exception of official requests from the Federal legislative and executive authorities, as well as the legislative and executive authorities of the constituent entities Russian Federation and local government bodies, subject to the direction of a reasoned (with the obligatory indication of the basis (material number / other similar) and purpose) of the request within the framework of their powers for the purpose of fulfilling the tasks and functions assigned to them.

The completed application will be reviewed within 10 working days from the date of receipt. The certificate will be provided in the manner specified by you in the application.

List of physical and legal entities which are not charged for the issuance of certificates:

1. Federal legislative and executive bodies, as well as legislative and executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies, subject to sending a reasoned (with the obligatory indication of the basis (material number / other similar) and purpose) request within the framework of their powers for the purposes of execution assigned to their tasks and functions.

   At the same time, such requests do not include cases when there is an employee-employer relationship between the authority and the passenger, and the nature of the requested information is aimed at providing the passenger with various guarantees / compensations, other benefits, including requests:

   • - certificates confirming the fact and cost of the flight with the allocation of the distance to the border of the Russian Federation for the international flight indicated in the ticket;
   • - information on the length of the route, highlighting the distance to the border crossing and indicating the nearest airport to the border crossing point.
2. The judiciary in the framework of the consideration of court cases.
3. Lawyers when they provide legal assistance in the provision of documents confirming the powers of the lawyer and his right to act on behalf and in the interests of the client: an order (or power of attorney), a lawyer's certificate.

Supporting documents:
- a certificate confirming the fact of the flight;
- information on the availability of seats on the flight (including by service class, by type of fare);
- a certificate confirming the cost of the used flight (including for a partially used ticket; for a ticket paid in a currency other than rubles);
- a certificate of the cost of the flight with a breakdown by sections, if the ticket was issued at a transfer fare;
- certificate of the cost of the planned flight;
- a certificate of the cost of the flight, indicating the cost to the point of crossing the border of the Russian Federation for the used ticket;
- certificate of confirmation of the point that is the closest to the point of crossing the border of the Russian Federation;
- certificate of distances from / to the border of the Russian Federation;
- certificate of confirmation of the cost of transportation of excess baggage (including with a breakdown by sections in the case of transfer transportation);
- certificate of confirmation of the cost of carriage of goods;
- certificate of the cost of the planned transportation of goods;
- other help.

Supporting documents are provided on the basis of the passenger's application.

Documents confirming information on the flight made by the passenger (the fact of the flight, the cost of the flight, the cost of carriage of excess baggage, etc.) can be issued only to the person who made the flight, or to the person whose minor child made the flight ( in this case, the application must be accompanied by birth certificate), or to a person, if he has powers, confirmed by a power of attorney, drawn up in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code, and cannot be provided to an outside person, including a husband, wife, other relative or an outside organization.

Informational documents (confirmation of seat availability, information on flight delays, etc.) can be provided to any person.

To receive a supporting document, the passenger must fill out an application in the established form:

For the provision of a certificate, a payment of 1000 rubles is charged (or 15 euros if paid on the territory of foreign countries).

Payment for the provision of the certificate must be made by the applicant. Certificates paid by third parties are not accepted for execution.

In this case, if the requested confirmation document contains information about personal data (full name of the passenger, number of the identity document, ticket number, cost of transportation), the application can only be drawn up by the passenger himself. When sending such an application by mail, the passenger's signature on the application must be notarized.

The term for preparing the certificate is 15 working days (from the date of receipt of the application to UTair Aviation).

Note: in exceptional cases, when it is not possible to prepare a certificate within the established timeframe, an employee of the Airline additionally agrees with the passenger by phone on the terms for providing the certificate.

It is possible to submit an application for the provision of supporting documents and make a payment at the cash desks of the Agencies.

Utair issues a certificate confirming the fact of the flight for the last 5 years. If the flight was made more than 5 years ago, check the registration of such a certificate on the website through the "Feedback" section.

The itinerary receipt of the electronic ticket and the originals of boarding passes serve as documents for the business trip report.

Be careful! Duplicate boarding passes will not be issued - keep the tickets you received when boarding the plane.
Also, for reporting, you may need a bank statement confirming the fact of payment for the ticket from your payment card.

Taking into account the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, in the event that the employee acquires e-ticket for a business trip or a business trip within the territory of the Russian Federation or abroad, documents confirming the expenses incurred may be:

• itinerary receipt, drawn up on an approved form of strict reporting passenger ticket;
• a check or other document confirming the payment for transportation, drawn up on an approved form of strict reporting.

If the itinerary receipt is not issued on a strict reporting form, but only in the form of a printout, a boarding pass will be required, which confirms the fact of transportation.

At the passenger's request, Yamal Airlines provides the following information in writing:

• on the fact of carrying out / not carrying out air transportation of a passenger on flights of the Yamal airline;
• on the fact of booking / purchasing passenger air transportation on flights of the Yamal airline;
• on the cost of the purchased air transportation on flights of the Yamal airline (provided that the transportation was not included in the tour package);
• about orthodromy

Based on clause 2 of Art. 108 of the Air Code of the Russian Federation in case of forced refusal of a passenger from air carriage, due to illness of a passenger or a member of his family or a close relative, traveling together with him to aircraft, which is confirmed by medical documents, or in connection with the death of a member of his family or a close relative, which is confirmed by documents, and notifying the carrier about this before the end of the passenger check-in time established in accordance with federal aviation rules for the flight indicated on the ticket, the passenger will be refunded the amount paid for air transportation carriage charge.

The illness of a passenger or a member of his family or a close relative traveling together with him on the aircraft is the basis for the forced refusal of the passenger from carriage in the presence of contraindications to the flight, confirmed by medical documents, on the date of departure of the aircraft indicated in the ticket.

Applications for a certificate confirming a flight on Yamal Airlines flights are accepted:
