I had to fly to Krasnoyarsk on Nordstar. After reading the reviews, I grabbed the head first, then the hundred square meters - to look for a replacement. But it's too late. Preparing for the worst, I called my mother, even thought about a will, because I still have to fly. But oddly enough, she was pleasantly surprised. The flight was not delayed for a minute, we also arrived on time. When choosing the menu, there was even a vegetarian menu, which suits me perfectly (by the way, in many others they don't even offer it, only if you order in advance). What else I want to note - new blankets. Let it be a trifle, but very nice. The flight attendants worked harmoniously and quickly, and the control of the plane was generally excellent. Thank you very much for the flight!

At work, I often fly on airplanes with animals (kittens, puppies). If you can take small ones with you to the salon, then adults often have to be taken to the luggage compartment. Anything happened - and animals were treated after flights, even worse. Therefore, I select companies very carefully.

Last week I flew to Novosibirsk for NordStar. Two kittens with me, but I handed over the cat - I was worried all over. But the flight attendants reassured that in the animal compartment, as well as in the cabin, it was not cold at all. By the way, two small cats fit perfectly in the carrier under the front seat, even my legs went in there, although my height is not less than 170cm. Therefore, it is not clear how someone can miss. By the way, the cat was returned to me absolutely healthy, safe and sound, moreover, they even put the cat with the suitcase - I didn't have to run and catch it. Thank you very much to the staff for such a sensitive attitude!

For work, every month we fly a brigade from Novosibirsk to Nizhnevartovsk, and not on Boeings, but on ATR 42-500. During the year, they were delayed only 2 times, and because of the snowstorm, and the rest of the time - impeccable accuracy. Although there is not a lot of space in the cabin, it is very clean, one might even say somehow cozy. Pilots manage to land the plane gently even in strong winds, and regularly. Backs with armchairs - this is not a gate at all! Not only do they creak at the slightest movement, they still do not unfold! And when asked why? The flight attendants are almost giggling - we know, but we can’t help. Okay, if you fly for 2 hours, and if 6 or more? It is unclear how they pass the inspection. I don't advise you to fly long distances.

We flew to Krasnoyarsk from Sochi. Heat in the salon, the child was capricious. They asked for a glass of water without gas. Is it really difficult to bring, it is not clear. Apparently difficult, because they said - wait, now we will distribute to everyone. They reached us in half an hour, and, of course, there was no still water left! How can you treat your customers like that?

I often fly nordstar, the food with service is often very good, although sometimes the crews are, so to speak, "unkind". The flight personnel are always at their best, there are no complaints here. They never lost my luggage, but they detained me a couple of times. Well, anything can happen, of course. Most of all annoying are the constant delays and delays of flights, no one explains anything, no one informs, no one ever knows anything.
