Long farewell. Implementation of the renovation program in Solntsevo: launch sites, lists of houses for demolition, news from Glavmosstroy 1 resettlement

“As of today, 65 five-story buildings of the first period of industrial housing construction remain to be demolished in Moscow. The demolition schedule for 2017 has been approved. It includes 63 residential houses of "demolished" series, of which 49 houses at the expense of the city budget, 14 houses under investment contracts. Of these, 11 houses have already been dismantled in the first quarter of 2017: these are 9 houses at the expense of the city budget, and two - under investment contracts, ”said Andrey Bochkarev, head of the Moscow City Construction Department.
The total volume of five-storey houses to be demolished from the first period of industrial housing construction from the beginning of the program was 1722 houses, with an area of 6 million 339.6 thousand square meters.
“As Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin noted earlier, one of the country's main problems is dilapidated housing, unfortunately, this problem has not escaped Moscow. In Moscow, this construction began earlier than in other regions. An experiment on the construction of industrial housing was tested in Moscow, and these experiments were far from always of high quality, so for Moscow this is the number one problem. The Moscow authorities, together with the Federal Assembly, are developing new project the law, which will allow tackling the problem of renovation ", - added Andrey Bochkarev
The demolition schedule for 2017 can be found on the official website of the Department of Construction.

About renovation

The demolition of five-story buildings in Solntsevo and the resettlement of Khrushchev residents to new houses should be completed by 2032.

The list of buildings to be dismantled includes 42 buildings.

Since the beginning of August 2017, citizens living in five-story buildings have been exempted from the obligation to pay fees for major repairs.

The resettlement of residents of damaged houses takes place within their home area. This minimizes the discomfort for people in connection with a change of residence. After all, they do not need to look for a new school or kindergarten for their children, break ties with old friends and build new route to get to work.

The owners of the Khrushchev houses will have at their disposal new apartments with "comfort" class finishing. In other words, you can call in at once, no repair work is required. A person has the right to refuse an apartment and receive monetary compensation instead of real estate. The control over the expenditure of the issued funds is not carried out.

If the owners of the old fund want to expand their future living space, they can buy additional meters at a reduced cost. It is allowed to use a mortgage loan.

The resettlement process takes place in several steps. The first wave will end by 2020.

In the summer of 2017, a list of launch sites was approved on which new buildings will be erected. In the Solntsevo area, construction work will be carried out on a site located near residential complex on Aviators street. And also on the street. Rodnikova, ow. 7 and on the street. Shchorsa, ow. 15.

Houses included in the renovation

The list of five-story buildings to be dismantled includes buildings located on six streets.

Residents of the remaining five-story buildings on Glavmosstroy Street will never wait for the promised relocation. While the authorities are drawing up new demolition schedules, people are forced to walk in the mud and fall asleep under the rumble of the construction that is going on around their homes.

The resettlement program in Solntsevo has been suspended - the 1st, 3rd and 5th houses on Glavmosstroy Street have been on the "demolition" schedule more than once. But recently, to the questions of residents, employees of the council have answered that they do not even know approximately when they will be resettled.

The roads around the five-story buildings are occupied by trucks and construction equipment every day. “Construction is going on around the clock, from all sides, here and there. The windows in the apartments are rattling, ”says Lyudmila Ulyanova, from house no. 5/2 in Glavmosstroy.

CLAIMS. Due to the constantly dug up lawns and roads, it is very difficult for local residents- go to bus stops, shops, parking and kindergarten. “Everything is covered in mud. We have to wade along the planks, sideways, ”says Lyudmila Ulyanova.

People regularly contact the District Directorate with complaints that either the telephone, or the TV, or there is no electricity at all in their houses. Most often, such interruptions occur due to damage to communications by the builders.

“For five years in a row we have been promised that we will be relocated, and we are preparing, we are not updating anything in our apartments. And every year - a new schedule! " - said Lyudmila Ulyanova.

Uma Magometova and her son Marat go out for a walk every day on the site in front of the house No. 5/2 on Glavmosstroy street. “We want to play and run, but nowhere - there is no lawn. The hill is littered with mud, you can't sit on the bench. Three years in front of the house one and the same picture - tearing and burying, ”says Uma Magometova.

“Probably, five times more living space appears in the district. So why do we have to wait so long and live in the middle of construction, noise, mud, in terrible conditions, in old houses? " - said Alexei Eremin, a resident of house number 3 on Glavmosstroy Street.

Aleksey Eremin says that because of the construction, the roads are often blocked: “I have no idea what will happen on our street when everything is completed, if it is already impossible to enter or leave Solntsevo - there are traffic jams on Glavmosstroy every day”.

ANSWER. Dmitry Shalaev, deputy head of the Solntsevo district council, said that this year it is planned to resettle residents of only four five-story buildings, at the addresses: Glavmosstroy Street, 14 and 16, Bogdanova Street 26/3 (partial resettlement) and 26/4.

When asked about resettlement plans for 2009 and about the demolition program in general, Dmitry Shalaev replied: “The updated demolition dates for the remaining five-story buildings will be determined after the approval of the resettlement schedule by the Mayor of Moscow.”

In the Solntsevo area, the long-awaited relocation of residents of the five-storey building No. 1 on Glavmosstroy Street to a new modern house, which is located in a neighboring courtyard, has begun. But even such a short distance becomes a daunting task for a lonely pensioner to move.

Popova Nina Vasilievna's appeal to the Council of Deputies of the municipal district of Solntsevo was addressed to the deputy Andrey Pavlovich Smirnov, the chief physician of polyclinic No. 212. The deputy took this issue under special control and as soon as possible organized the move of Popova Nina Vasilievna.

In Solntsevo, the long-awaited relocation of the residents of the five-storey building No. 1 on Glavmosstroy Street to a new modern house, which is located in a neighboring courtyard, has begun. But even such a short distance becomes a daunting task for a lonely eighty-six-year-old pensioner to move.

We are talking about Popova Nina Vasilievna, who lived in a five-story building for more than 30 years. Finally - a happy event! Moving to a new apartment and a lot of worries associated with the need to collect, transport things and furniture. How to solve this problem, after all, Nina Vasilievna has no assistants and close relatives?

Nina Vasilievna's appeal to the Council of Deputies of the municipal district of Solntsevo was addressed to the deputy Andrey Pavlovich Smirnov, the chief physician of polyclinic No. 212. The deputy took this issue under special control and as soon as possible organized the move of Popova Nina Vasilievna.

In the early morning of November 7, Andrei Pavlovich with a team of assistants and porters arrived at house number 1 on Glavmosstroy Street. And the work began to boil! While Nina Petrovna was telling the deputy interesting stories about my life: about how I was a juvenile prisoner of a concentration camp in Nazi Germany and how all my life I worked in the aircraft industry, things and furniture were neatly packed, loaded into a car and transported to a new apartment building at the address: st. Glavmosstroy, 5.

It is pleasant to note that Nina Petrovna moved to a neighboring courtyard, keeping her usual way of life. Near my favorite shops, places where I used to walk. Andrey Pavlovich noted that he considers it his duty to provide assistance and support to the needy residents of the Solntsevo district, and also expressed a desire to visit Nina Petrovna at the housewarming party.
