The guards admitted that fights are taking place there regularly, but "you can't keep track of everyone."

The Gormost State Budgetary Institution is responsible for hiring the chop officers, but they could not promptly comment on what was happening there. The administration of Gorky Park first of all stressed that they were not responsible for the events on the bridge.
