Summer is not the season in Thailand, but a seaside vacation there can be very pleasant and interesting. Judge for yourself: there are almost no tourists, the beaches are free, the prices for housing, food and entertainment are almost halving, and on top of that, there is an abundance of cheap fresh fruit! Yes, it will rain from time to time, but not at all continuously - sunny days and hours are usually enough to have time to relax on the beach and sunbathe.

Take note: The rainy season in Thailand is not so pronounced in the resorts of the Gulf of Thailand (Pattaya, Ko Chang, Ko Samui, Huahin) - it rains there less often than on the Andaman coast.

Campings for rest in tents in the Moscow region.

For lovers of budget outdoor recreation on our site there is a large selection of campsites, equipped in the most beautiful places. Living there is inexpensive, but for this little money you can enjoy many essential things:

  • there are places for a fire, tables and chairs;
  • every tourist can wash or take a shower;
  • you can charge your phones or other gadgets, use an electric razor;
  • kitchen equipment for rent;
  • the territory is fenced;
  • various contests and celebrations are held to entertain guests.

Travel companies also offer accommodation in campsites with cottages, which will be convenient for families with the whole family. If you have children, you should choose this option, then everyone can enjoy the trip without giving up their usual living conditions.

To find a suitable trip, you just need to look through the existing route options or contact one of the guides to select a vacation spot specifically for your capabilities and preferences. Experts will find the best campsite for you, with everything you need to create pleasant vacation memories.

We are going to rest with a tent.

If you want to relax with tents in the Moscow region without going to campsites, you should understand how to equip the camp and what you need to take with you. An experienced guide knows about all the intricacies and will tell you a good and correct parking spot: on a hill and well ventilated. In addition, a professional will help with the installation of tents and the arrangement of the campfire area in accordance with all fire safety rules. It is important to take into account the proximity of power lines and the road, the likelihood of rain and many other nuances, and the guides can do it all. With the help of a specialist, you will also learn how to cook delicious food on a fire, and your children will learn about all the intricacies of outdoor recreation.

The best places to rest with a tent in the Moscow region are near water bodies or springs, as this solves the problem with water. Of course, it is best to bring it with you or purchase it in the village store, but there is not always an opportunity for this. An important rule is not to drink water from untested springs or other bodies of water. If you know for sure, then the spring gushes out of the ground, and all the locals drink water from it - that's another matter. But it is better to take tourist filters for water with you, and after processing in them, also boil it. The guide will be able to suggest how best to do it. You just need to collect all the things you need and hit the road without worrying about anything.

Choosing a vacation with a tent from tour operators on our website, you can have a great time, breathe fresh air and have a good rest for modest money. Here you can find up-to-date information about all the good and beautiful places for setting up tents, and the professionals will take care of your convenience.

We are talking about the cheapest countries in Europe for travel: where to fly inexpensively and how not to be bitten by prices?

Europe is not just for fat wallets! We, yesterday's students, have made sure of this, and we will demonstrate it to you, the reader. For life (in the sense of permanent) it is expensive, but for a week-long trip it can take pity and "rob" only 22,000 rubles.

What kind of cheap Europe is this, you ask? 🙂 Welcome to research and calculate costs!

Where is the cheapest place in Europe?

Free Observation Deck at Printemps Department Store - but
are you looking at the photo on the right? 🙂

"Budget" and "Europe" - 0% compatibility. And this is actually the case if you hunt for 5 * hotels and foie gras anywhere in France, Switzerland or Italy. But there are countries that can offer a relatively inexpensive vacation for tourists.

Coincidence, or maybe not, but the cheapest countries in Europe are those where the euro as a national currency has not yet taken root: Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Hungary. But! Only applies to Eastern Europe, because The North, for example, is also "non-Jewish", and the sums are shocking.

Montenegro, Spain and Finland are also contenders for the title of chip destinations, but, of course, they cannot be compared with those indicated above.

Traveling on tour or on your own?

Russian tourists are at a disadvantage, with the euro exchange rate under 80, and cheap European cities are turning into just moderate prices. Here you will not only ponder - on your own or on a trip - but in general, should you dare? 🙂

The rule that we have worked out for 25 countries visited: it is cheaper to go on a tour if there is one location and a specific goal in the plans. For example, a beach holiday on the Costa Brava. In this case, "Samotur" will hit the wallet harder. And if there are two or more countries / cities on the must-visit list, then it is better to show your organizational skills.

The season plays an important role. In summer, especially in July and August, with the influx of vacationers, price tags also increase. In the fall, European cities are back to business as usual, and costs are slashed. Therefore, we fly to the same Spain in October.

Yes, everyone chooses a convenient method of preparation. But we cannot fail to mention the services through which we arrange our budget trips across Europe.

For convenience, all prices are in euros, and rubles are calculated at the rate of € 1 = 78 rubles

Note: in 2018, eleven Bulgarian beaches were awarded the Blue Flag; that means they are clean and well-appointed. Coupled with inexpensive "everything", this fact makes Bulgaria the cheapest country for summer holidays.

Flights: from Moscow to Burgas (if by the sea) or Sofia (if for walks) round trip ≈12,000 rubles per person. Not that the option to get to Europe is cheap, but look further ↓

Accommodation: differs in availability. A cozy one-room apartment in the city center can be rented for 1500 rubles per day for 2 people at the height of the season!

  • hostel - from € 13 per night FOR TWO
  • apartments - from € 18
  • hotel 3 * - from € 27
  • 5 * hotel - from € 57

Bulgaria, in general, is a financially acceptable country for both living and recreation; food / get / see prices are not that high (especially from mid-fall to May). So, Sofia - the capital - is one of the cheapest cities in Europe, according to backpackers.

Food: you don't have to load up and allow yourself to eat in cafes - tasty, a lot, hearty (that's about portions 🙂). A hearty lunch (salad, meat, side dish, drinks) - from € 10 for two, combo at McDonald's - € 5, just to run for a cup of coffee - from € 2.

  • bread - € 0.5
  • beef, kg - € 6
  • bottle of water - € 0.25

If there is no desire to puzzle over the route, search for flights and monitoring of hotels, the cost of a week-long tour for two for the summer is from 40,000 rubles

Not to Europe we also try to travel economically - for example, to New York or Dubai. You can read about whether we succeed or not in the Telegram channel @howtrip!

First time to Europe? Or one hundred and first, but "Hungary" sounds somehow dubious? Then you definitely go there! TOTAL:

€ 40 per day for 2 people - no air
48,000 rubles for 7 days - with tickets

We studied travel guides, forums, blogger reports, booking systems, websites with food prices and selected the most affordable countries for vacation. For each, a budget was calculated for two per day and converted into dollars. This is an average amount for a couple of travelers who live in the same room, do not like to spend too much and adhere to the golden mean in everything. After all, everyone understands different things by comfort: for some, a bed in a hostel will be enough, others will still choose among five-star hotels. Therefore, we did not take into account luxury hotels and restaurants, but found out how much it costs to have a snack in ordinary local cafes and live in guesthouses, mini-hotels or apartments on Airbnb.

In some countries, costs are easily cut by half to two times, if you use public transport, eat in non-tourist places and look for hotels on the principle “we just spend the night”. For India and Indonesia, for example, we recommend a daily budget of $ 40-50, but in these countries you can travel together for $ 20 a day.

Factrum publishes a very helpful article from SkyScanner's blog to help you plan your vacation profitably.

Cheap countries without a visa

Armenia

Approximate prices:

You can have a hearty and cheap snack in Armenia at every turn: khachapuri in Yerevan cost up to 500 drams ($ 1), lamajo (flatbread with a spicy meat filling) - up to $ 1.7, and a crayfish kebab near Lake Sevan - about $ 3. The average bill in a simple cafe is $ 3-4, and for a dinner for two at a tourist restaurant, pay $ 7-30.

In the capital of Armenia, there are inexpensive hotels with double rooms for $ 25-30. If you like the comfort of home on vacation, rent a nice studio in a quiet area for $ 20 or an apartment in the city center on Airbnb for $ 30-40 per day. Outside the capital, prices are slightly lower. In Armenia, as in Georgia, a stranger can invite you for coffee, dinner, or even overnight. Agree: this is not a scam, but hospitality.

Standard route:

Yerevan and surroundings; Lake Sevan; Vanadzor and Lori Gorge; Khor Virap monastery with views of Ararat; the valley of Vorotan and the Tatev monastery.

Visa:

You can enter Armenia without a visa for up to 180 days during the year. If you want more - find out how to apply for an Armenian visa.

Georgia

Approximate prices:

There is no street food as such in Georgia. You can only catch fresh khachapuri or lobiani on the go, which are sold at every corner for 2-3 lari ($ 1). Lunch at a cafe will cost $ 6, and for a generous dinner with wine, pay from $ 8. An intermediate option is khinkali: you won't have to look for them for a long time, one piece costs 60–70 tetri ($ 0.25–0.30). A dozen khinkali with salad and a mug of beer (for everything - $ 4) is enough to fill the whole day.

A modest double room in Tbilisi and Batumi costs from $ 40 per day. Renting an apartment in a pleasant area near the center of the capital will cost $ 10 cheaper. In the seaside Batumi, you can rent a small apartment in the private sector in 2016 for $ 20-25. Prices here are tightly tied to the season: an apartment by the sea with a fresh renovation and all amenities in the middle of summer costs about $ 40 per day. In less touristy places, you can easily find guest houses with rooms for $ 15-30.

Standard route:

Tbilisi; Mtskheta and the Georgian Military Road; cave city in Vardzia; Signagi and Kakheti; Svaneti; Batumi and the Black Sea coast. If time permits, you can take a one-way ticket to Georgia, go further on land to Armenia or Turkey and fly home from there.

For a one and a half liter bottle of homemade Abkhaz wine, give about $ 2.7.

On Airbnb, a room in a house by the sea in Sukhumi can be rented for $ 10 per day, and an apartment in the city center for $ 37 per day. If you dare to look for housing on the spot, it may come out even cheaper: a room in a private house in Gagra can be rented for $ 9, and near Pitsunda there are options for $ 8 for two. A room in a good seaside hotel in Abkhazia costs $ 20-33 per day.

Laos

Lunch in street cafes costs from 12 to 50 thousand kip ($ 1.5-6), in a tourist cafe or restaurant - 50-100 thousand ($ 6-12). On average, a simple double room will cost about $ 12 per day. In the village of Vang Vieng, you can bargain on the spot and settle for this amount in a room with a wonderful view of the mountains. But in the capital, Vientiane, it is cheaper to book a hotel in advance: rent a comfortable room for $ 15-17.

Almost all the sights of Laos are paid, although they are very cheap: for example, the entrance to the Paku caves will cost $ 2.5. These Buddhist caves can be reached by boat on the Mekong - $ 8 you will pay for the round trip and a stop at the "whiskey village". You can continue your adventure in Cambodia or, if you move in the opposite direction, in Thailand.

Visa:

If you are traveling to Laos for less than 15 days, you do not need a visa. The only requirement is that the passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry.

Indonesia

In local eateries they feed for a penny: two servings of fish or chicken fried in ginger sauce, with a plate of rice and a bowl of soup - $ 2. In a presentable restaurant, these amounts are multiplied by 2-3. A hearty seafood dinner at a Vietnamese tourist establishment will cost $ 12–20. In this article we will try to provide you with a description of the most popular destinations among Russian tourists. Also, many may be interested in reading the information from the article: where to relax abroad without a visa in 2018.

Most Popular Countries

In Turkey any Russian feels at home and therefore many residents of our country prefer to rest in this country. Turkey is mainly a beach holiday with children on the Black Sea or the Mediterranean. You can also do inexpensive shopping here and naturally visit various attractions. Also, we must not forget about the entertainment, which is simply a huge amount in Turkey, and therefore every day there are a lot of nightclubs, discos, restaurants and bars for tourists.

Vacation prices here fluctuate depending on the season, season and part of the country. For example, a tour to Antalya will cost about $ 200, to Istanbul - about $ 350, and to Kemer - $ 250. On average, a two-week tour for two can be bought for 1000-1500 dollars, and if you are lucky enough to buy a last minute tour or go to Turkey in the fall, you can save up to 50% of their cost. Russian tourists prefer Turkey for a good vacation with an all-inclusive system, excellent climate, clear sea and numerous excursions.

Unfortunately for today, Turkey is closed to travel companies and many are tormented by the question of when Turkey will be opened. But you can go on vacation yourself.

Holidays in Egypt on the sea is the most traditional among the inhabitants of Russia, as this direction has long been "traveled" by Russian tourists. Here you can enjoy excellent service in hotels, warm climate, a huge amount of entertainment for only $ 250 for 7-8 days of excellent rest.

Warm Red Sea, gentle sun, All inclusive and, of course, ancient pyramids- this is what many tourists come to this beautiful country every year with its ancient history and unique cultural and architectural monuments: the Pyramids, the eternal Sphinx and Luxor, which are visited by tourists, all this is worth going to this country on vacation. But this direction is closed, although there is information that flights will resume soon.

And, of course, there will be a logical question: which is better, Turkey or Egypt in terms of service, comfort, food?

Thailand no less popular than Turkey or Egypt, but in this country the high season begins in mid-autumn and ends in early winter. Therefore, if you want to purchase the cheapest tour, then it is best to count on the month of April or May.

A voucher for a ten-day vacation will cost about $ 700-800. The cheapest vacation at sea in 2018 will indeed be in Thailand, since in almost any region of the country you can have a great vacation for 15-25 dollars a day. If you decide to go on your own, then on average you will need about $ 400 per month for accommodation with the condition of staying at a hotel in the center of Pattaya. But you can find rest and cheaper. On the island of Phuket, Chang, Koh Samui, Phi Phi, you can find a hotel room for $ 150-200 per month. And if one room is enough for you, then you can rent it for 80-90 dollars.

Thailand has very cheap food so you only need $ 100 a month for food. For $ 2 you can have a great lunch in any cafe, and $ 6 is enough for dinner in a good restaurant. And if you want to fill your suitcase with inexpensive things, then $ 100 will also be enough for you, without even bargaining.

The cheapest sea tour

Vietnam Is an incredibly beautiful place where you can find many untouched corners of nature. And even in spite of the ever-increasing popularity of this country, rest in it remains quite acceptable. So, for example, $ 10 per day is enough for one person for hotel accommodation, meals, excursion programs and massage. And if you’re willing to spend $ 20 a day, you’ll be able to indulge yourself in nothing. Therefore, 400-500 dollars for an excellent 30-day vacation will be quite enough. But this is not counting the flight, since plane tickets are not included in this price (a direct flight will cost a little more than with transfers).

Goa (India) is another popular tourist destination, as with $ 100 in your pocket (6,000 rupees) you can have a great rest and indulge yourself in nothing, especially when it comes to northern Goa.

The cost of a holiday in Goa for a European person is quite low, especially far from big cities and megalopolises. The most expensive vacation in Goa in winter, as the high season begins at this time, but if you buy a ticket in the off-season, then the tour with air travel at the time of the price drop starts from $ 400. But if you decide to go on your own and settle in an inexpensive guesthouse, as many young people do, you can save about 20-30% of your money. Goa is very popular among Russians due to its favorable tropical climate and recreation at almost any time of the year.

Abkhazia is located next to Russia and therefore many people prefer to go to this country on vacation, since for many it will be the most budget option to have a great time on the Black Sea. I would also like to note that Russians do not need visas and passports to go on vacation to Abkhazia and the journey will take a little time.

If you do not have a large amount of money, you can choose a vacation in the private sector, where prices for budget housing do not exceed 300-350 rubles per day per person. If you want more comfortable apartments in the private sector, you will have to pay a more significant amount - about 500 rubles. Meals per day in Abkhazia will also cost you from 500 rubles per day. Thus, it can be calculated that a seven-day vacation in this country without travel will cost about 5,600 to 10,000 rubles per person.

Holidays in boarding houses and hotels in 2018 will cost much more. So, for example, a double room in a boarding house or sanatorium will cost from 1600 to 8000 rubles per day. Thus, if you are counting on an inexpensive vacation in Abkhazia, then you will need an amount of 22,000 rubles for two. For 30,000 rubles for two, you can also see all the sights of this beautiful country.

Many Russians, we are sure, will be curious about the answer to the following question: Where is it better to have a rest - in Sochi, Crimea or Abkhazia?

But the cheapest vacation abroad by the sea is waiting for you in Bali and Cambodia... These countries offer the cheapest accommodation and food for tourists. In Bali, you can find great accommodations for $ 100 a month and the same amount for food for 30 days. The only drawback is the very expensive flight - about $ 1000!

Cambodia and Bali are not very well-known countries for tourist holidays, and therefore the question would be logical: Where are Bali and Cambodia?

And in Cambodia, you can find a room for $ 1.50 a day, and buying delicious and cheap food, you will feel guilty that you are paying people so little. A visit to one of the most famous monuments of the Kingdom of Cambodia in the world - Angkor Wat will cost you only $ 5.

Exquisite relaxation

Sri Lanka or Ceylon Recently, it has become very popular among Russian tourists, as many people want to relax in exotic places where beautiful nature reigns and there are many secluded beautiful places and unique cultural and historical sights.

And it is in Sri Lanka that you can perfectly relax in an inexpensive beach hotel for 10-15 dollars a day. And here you can practice a variety of sports: diving, surfing, fishing, kiteering, rafting, etc. But plane tickets here are not cheap, so it's best to buy tickets for charter flights or flights with transfers. Thus, you will need about $ 400-500 for a month's rest.

Greece Is a country of ancient gods, the Aegean and Mediterranean seas, as well as beautiful picturesque places where you can relax with children at the most affordable prices. Halkidiki is the pearl of the Aegean Sea, Crete is the island of the legendary Minotaur, Athens is the capital of the country, Rhodes, Peloponnese, Attica, Paros, Corfu and many other islands and resorts of Greece attract many tourists from Russia. And they are all great for families. On average, a vacation in Greece will cost you $ 250-350 for 7 days. Currently, this country is one of the most inexpensive countries where a Schengen visa is required, who want to fully enjoy the beach and sightseeing holidays at the sea.

Cyprus cannot be called very cheap for recreation, but it is very popular among Russians. A ticket to Cyprus from Moscow will cost about $ 200 per person, but if you get a share of any airline, you can save from 30 to 50%. But living on the island is quite expensive. The cheapest room in Paphos will cost $ 30-35, but you can rent a room for $ 25-28 per day. Food in cafes and restaurants is also not cheap, so it is best to buy food in supermarkets, where there are various promotions and discounts.

If you choose where to relax, between the last two countries, we recommend reading the differences between them: Which is better to choose - Greece or Cyprus, for example, for a beach holiday?

Europe is a holiday destination

Portugal is a member of the Eurozone and therefore cannot boast of the same low prices as Asian countries. But the rest here is completely different. It is necessary to go to this beautiful country, which is located in the south-west of the Iberian Peninsula, only to enjoy the taste of excellent seafood, Portuguese cherry liqueur - ginjin, port, and also to visit all the architectural monuments of the Iberian culture of the country, one of which is the famous Belém Tower - fort on the Tijou river in the homonymous region of Lisbon.

Accommodation in Portugal in an inexpensive province hostel will cost from $ 18 to $ 33 per day. A room in a three-star hotel will cost from $ 30 to $ 80 per day. And accommodation in a boarding house in Lisbon from 13 to 28 dollars. You will need about $ 50 per person per day, so the total cost of the trip will vary from $ 600 to $ 1000.
