New mainline route network. New traffic patterns for public transport routes for residents of the PMGP

On October 8, 2016, dozens of bus and trolleybus routes were changed. Some of them went on new routes, and some of the stops in the city center were renamed.
To make transport in the center more convenient, we have launched 3 types of routes: trunk, regional and social.

Trunk routes main and longest. They connect several districts of Moscow with the center and with each other at once, for example, Leninsky with Leningradsky Prospekt, Luzhniki and Semyonovskaya, Nagatinskaya and Polezhaevskaya. Movement interval: 5-10 minutes. These are the fastest and most frequent routes on the network.

District routes shorter ones: they connect districts with the center. They are easy to get to the main route or take short trip... Movement interval: 10-15 minutes.

Social routes help Moscow residents get to the My Documents centers, clinics, MFC and other socially significant places. Movement interval: up to 30 minutes.

The approach to the timetable has also changed: transport is switching to a clock timetable. Passengers will know, for example, that at peak times, the main bus from Tverskaya Street to Leninsky Prospekt runs every eight minutes. And if a person comes to the bus stop, and the bus door is closed in front of him, then in eight minutes the next one will arrive.

MOSCOW, October 7. / TASS /. New route network"Magistral" and six dedicated traffic lanes public transport will start working on October 8 in Moscow. As the Moscow Department of Transport told TASS, the total number of routes within the Garden Ring will not change (39 routes), while 17 of them will receive the status of trunk routes, 15 will become regional, 7 - social.

What the authorities promise

According to the calculations of the city authorities, as a result of the change in the public transport route network, 450 thousand residents of the Central District will have the opportunity to get to the city center without spending time on the road to the metro, descent underground and transfers between lines.

"The routes of the updated routes are planned in such a way as to enable passengers to save up to 30% of their time. The average interval of traffic on central routes will be more than halved. "and the new allocated lanes, the waiting time will be 5-8 minutes," the department said.

It is expected that in the next 2 years the passenger traffic land transport in the city center will grow 2-3 times and reach 1 million people a day. 103 new buses were purchased for the project, the total number of rolling stock in the center will grow by 39%. Daily on the routes of the Central administrative district more than 370 buses, trolleybuses and trams will leave.

The first line of routes will be launched in October. New routes, new stops and new buses will gradually appear. The last stage of the Magistral network will be launched in 2017. Along with the routes, the authorities promise to improve road markings and launch dedicated lanes where they will help traffic.

Main, regional and social routes

All routes of the Magistral network will be divided into three categories. Trunk routes will connect several districts of Moscow with the center and with each other at once. The interval of these routes will be 5-10 minutes. These are the fastest and most frequent routes on the network.

The number of trunk routes from October 8 will include 17 routes, of which three are tram (3, 39 and "A"), four are trolleybus ("B", M7, M4, M8), ten bus routes ("A", M1, M2, M3 , M5, M6, M9, M10, 904, 144).

The district routes are shorter: they connect the districts with the center (15 routes). They can be used to get to the main route or take a short trip. The interval of movement is 10-15 minutes. Of these, eight are trolleybus (3, 4, 8, 10, 13, 39, 47, 79), seven are bus (T15, T25, 24, 38, 101, 156, 158).

Social routes will help Moscow residents get to the My Documents centers, clinics, passport offices and other socially significant places. The interval of movement is up to 30 minutes. Seven bus routes 39, 40, 64, 122, 132, 155 and "K" have become social.

As part of the launch of a new network in the center of Moscow, 24 new stopping points, 12 of which are located in areas where public transport has not run since the 1990s - on Bolshaya Nikitskaya and Sadovnicheskaya streets.

How routes will change

The only one completely new route, which does not duplicate the previously existing ones - the M3 bus. It will connect the eastern and southwestern parts of the city. His route will pass from the Semenovskaya metro station to the Luzhniki stadium.

Eleven routes will change the numbering and traffic route, of which 10 mainline routes (bus T1 will become bus M1, T2 - M2, 6 - M6, T9 - M9, 25 - M5, T31 - "A", 20 - M10, trolleybuses 16 and 63 will unite to route M7, trolleybuses 33, 62 and 84 - to M4, trolleybus 45 will become route M8) and 1 district (bus 12C will become route 101).

For example, the T1 bus will run under the M1 number. Its route will be extended to the Botkin Hospital, instead of Varshavskoye Shosse, it will walk along Leninsky Prospekt.

They will change the route, but 11 routes will remain under their previous number, of which two main routes (buses 144 and 904), 7 regional (buses 38 and 158, trolleybuses 3, 8, 39, 47, 79), two social (buses 39 and 64). For example, the route of the semi-express bus 904, which previously followed from the 4th microdistrict of Mitin to the Belorussky railway station, will be extended to Slavyanskaya square (metro station "Kitay Gorod"). Bus 38, which previously ran from the Rizhsky railway station to Trubnaya Square, will now run to Slavyanskaya Square (Kitay-Gorod metro station).

On the remaining 16 routes, the routes and the number remain unchanged. The innovations will affect only the intervals of the following. So, trolleybus "B" and trams 3, 39, "A" will start running at intervals of up to 10 minutes (main routes), trolleybuses 4, 10 and 13, as well as buses T15, 24, T25, 156 will run at intervals of up to 15 minutes (regional routes), buses 40, 122, 132, 255, K will run at intervals of up to 30 minutes (social routes).

It will keep its route, but change the number of route C10 (former bus "A"), which runs from the metro station "Universitet" to Akademika Zelinsky Street.

"Annushka" and routes with the letter "M"

As part of the changes to the route network, the historic route "A" is returning to the Boulevard Ring. When working on the numbering of the new network, the bus route, which will run along the entire western part of the Boulevard Ring, received the designation "A".

Number "A" was given to the former bus T31, which earlier it followed from the Luzhniki stadium to Trubnaya Square. Now he has extended the route and will reach the Komsomolskaya metro station. Since the beginning of the twentieth century, a tram of the same name has been running along this route, which Muscovites affectionately nicknamed "Annushka". The tram will continue to run in the eastern part of the Boulevard Ring.

All renamed routes now contain the letter "M": M1, M2, M3 and so on. Route M1 will run along Leningradsky Prospekt, M2 - along Kutuzovsky, M3 - along Komsomolskoye, M4 - along Leninsky, M5 and M6 - along Varshavskoye shosse, M7 - along Ryazanskoye, M8 - along Entuziastov highway, M9 - along Prospekt Mira.

Night routes

The changes will also affect the night routes H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6. Six of them will be united by a single interchange hub at Slavyanskaya Square, near Kitay-Gorod station. At night, they will cross at Slavyanskaya Square to pick up passengers and deliver them to the other end of the city. The driving intervals will remain the same - 30 minutes. Changing the routes of night routes is associated with the launch of a dedicated strip on the Kremlin ring.

Launching dedicated lanes

Starting October 8, Moscow will launch public transport along six new dedicated lanes: a section of the Kremlin ring, two through passages on the Garden Ring, Taganskaya Street, Vozdvizhenka and the Malaya Dmitrovka section to Strastnoy Boulevard. Thanks to the new "dedicated lines", public transport running along these streets will be able to carry 30-50% more passengers.

"Vydelenka" on the Kremlin ring will pass along the left side of the road, public transport will move towards cars. Buses and trolleybuses will run from Lubyanskaya Square along Teatralniy Proezd, Okhotny Ryad Streets, Mokhovaya and Borovitskaya Squares. V reverse side transport will move in the general stream. From Borovitskaya Square, the "dedicated line" will pass through Bolshoi and Maly Kamenny bridges, Serafimovich Street.

Then buses and trolleybuses can continue along the dedicated lane on Bolshaya Yakimanka, turn onto Leninsky Prospekt and enter the Moscow Ring Road.

What the experts think

The head of the "Public transport" direction of the Probok.Net expert center, Alexander Chekmarev, believes that the implementation of the new route network will make urban transport more in demand.

“The routes went from nowhere to nowhere, they were indirect, inconvenient, confusing, it was impossible to start public transport in the way passengers needed it, this was due to the fact that there were a lot of one-way streets in the city center recently. on the commissioning of new dedicated lanes, in particular, this is a dedicated lane on the Kremlin ring, which will go towards the main flow. This will allow public transport routes in both directions, "Chekmarev said.

Andrey Karmatsky, the head of the company that took part in the development of the new route network, believes that due to route optimization, the traffic situation in Moscow will significantly improve. "The routes were developed with the involvement of transport experts and many different organizations, including well-known foreign transport experts. The new network will operate more efficiently in the center of Moscow due to the optimization of route lines," he said.

Norayr Bludyan, Chairman of the Transport Association of the Moscow Agglomeration, agrees with him. "There will be no (transport) collapse, moreover, in my opinion, with the optimization of the new route network, there will be a reduction in the density of the car flow. This is one of the methods to reduce the overall traffic flow, traffic on the road network. According to various estimates, in 95-97% of the time the car just stands still, so it is absolutely fair if the owners of a personal car switch to a bus, trolleybus, metro, Moscow Central Circle, "the expert said.

More than three dozen new city bus routes are being prepared for opening this year in Moscow. The plans of the capital's transport workers for the coming months will not let passengers get bored. For many directions, it is still necessary to select carriers and conclude government contracts with them. For other new items, Mosgortrans will be responsible.

"New model": everything according to the old rules?

The largest number of route openings is expected in August-October 2018, when carriers selected based on the results of tenders will be able to start operating. A little over two years after the auctions for the maintenance of 211 routes, the need has ripened to close the gaps in the coverage of several more directions. They can be roughly divided into four groups - "work on mistakes", "new social", "New Moscow" and "new connections".

On December 28, 2017, the Moscow Government signed order No. 763-RP “On the conclusion of long-term government contracts for the provision of transportation services for the population on the routes regular transport passengers and luggage by road in city traffic. " An additional 8.88 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes in the next five years. (2018 - RUB 608.53 million, 2019 - RUB 1,723 million, 2020 - RUB 1,762 million, 2021 - RUB 1,747 million, 2022 - RUB 1,820 million and 2023 - 1,220 million rubles). These are the sums that GKU "Organizer of Transportation" will be able to operate under the leadership of the Moscow Department of Transport, announcing auctions for the right to service new routes.

Like last time, carriers on the routes will operate for five years. To be more precise, the provision of services by them should end in 2,009 calendar days from the date of the conclusion of the state contract. At the same time, they must go on the route no later than six months after the signing of this document and then carry out transportation within 1,826 days. It is planned to play among the carriers on 29 routes, which will be operated by 197 buses (145 large, 18 medium and 34 small class).

First of all, they decided to carry out "work on errors." The first five tenders of the "one route" were announced the next day after the signing of the above-mentioned order - December 29, 2017. The remaining 24 routes were divided into three bids announced on January 30, 2018.

The maximum starting price of contracts for all eight purchases announced by the "Organizer of Transportation" in December-January is 7.646 billion rubles. More than a billion rubles, allocated under the same order, are still "in reserve".

"Correction of errors"

Not in all directions, after the launch of 211 routes according to the rules and the subsequent cancellation of "minibuses", it was possible to eliminate the deficit in transportation capacity. In some places, the "squeezing" of the maximum number of flights from the possibilities of existing contracts was used (an increase in the volume of traffic by 10%). Somewhere the routes were modified right up to the transfer to other areas of the city, somewhere Mosgortrans was called in to help. And still there were areas in which we had to think about opening additional routes. Which, however, are very much like the old ones. This group includes seven routes.

Route № 333 prepared in support of the route № 330 "Ulitsa Fedosino - Metro" Yasenevo "" in the busiest section from the Novoperedelkino area to the nearest metro station along its route. In addition, it will allow you to quickly get from Novoperedelkin to Yugo-Zapadnaya, as it follows without entering the Solntsev microdistricts along Aviatorov, Volynskaya and 50th Anniversary of October streets, but will go straight along Borovskoye highway.

Route № 324 on the section from 2nd Mosfilmovsky lane to Kievsky railway station will unload the route № 320 , with which it completely coincides on the highway, being its semi-express version. However, the new route will become longer, reaching the Park Pobedy metro station.

Route № 580 will combine two problem areas served by routes No. 51k and 410 .

The letter "k" in the route number No. 456k doesn't cheat - it's really just a shortened version of the route № 456 (from the Mitino area to the middle Leningradsky prospect). Route No. 551k not so simple: it will strengthen the route № 551 on the middle section of the route, but its end points are somewhat away from the line of the "old" route.

Two new routes ( №№ 449 and 974 ) until the summer of 2016 they worked quite successfully in a different format - like "minibuses" No. 249m and 274m... Unfortunately for the passengers, they went to the “pilot area” of Izmailovo, where, during the implementation of the transport reform, they tried to do with the forces of one “Mosgortrans”, at a minimum compensating for the unique transport links not serviced by it.

Routes No. 324, 333, 456k, 551k, 580 are additions to routes No. 51k, 320, 330, 410, 456, 551... In order to put things in order with traffic on the sections of their joint following, it would be nice in 2021 (after the expiration of the contracts signed in 2015-2016) to re-calculate the need for transportation and revise the route routes. But new contracts are also planned to be concluded for the "traditional" five years. This means that in three years the contractual obligations will not allow the formation of optimal routes "from scratch".

"New social"

Several routes with sometimes intricate tracks will open up communication local residents with social facilities (clinics, centers for the provision of public services, and others). They will continue the line " WITH”- routes, of which after last year's changes there are already 12, and by the end of this year will be at least one and a half times more. Another "social" route will open in New Moscow.

"New Moscow"

The road infrastructure received from the Moscow Region turned out to be so cumbersome and lagging behind the metropolitan standards that even five years later, not everywhere they managed to improve it. If cars have gotten used to driving on roads even with temporary crushed stone, then regular bus transportation in such conditions cannot be started.

This was partly the reason that city "minibuses" remained in New Moscow - after they were canceled in "old Moscow" and Zelenograd. And the inhabitants of the villages of Evseyevo and Kuvekino still remember how in the “regional” times a “minibus” went from them to Vatutinki and the Teply Stan metro station. As it turned out later, she worked without the necessary permits. But the new route could not be organized "according to all the rules": it was necessary to reconstruct and expand several kilometers of not the most strategically important road. Nothing will change in the transport accessibility of these villages in 2018 either. But others will be lucky.

For the first time in history, a bus service will be received by several settlements settlement Ryazanovskoe. Buses will also reach Promyshlennaya Street on the outskirts of Troitsk, as well as the nearby village of Puchkovo. The village of Shelomovo will receive communication with the village of Kievsky and the stations Bekasovo-1 and Bekasovo-Sortirovochnoe. Commercial minibuses connecting the Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station, Moskovsky, pos. Mosrentgen and Yuzhnoe Butovo with shopping center MEGA Tyoply Stan will be replaced with large-class buses operating according to the approved city tariff menu.

Thanks to the route № 325 the metropolitan area Matveevskoye will receive communication with the Ramenki metro station, which started working last year.

The metro is still being dug, but the routes have already been drawn

The number of Moscow metro stations will definitely increase this year. But information about the change in public transport routes will be made public closer to the dates of the opening of new lines. Nevertheless, two changes in the operation of city routes are planned taking into account the unfinished Okruzhnaya metro station, which, according to optimistic forecasts, will be launched this spring.

Route No. 24k"VDNKh Hotels - Metro Maryina Roshcha" in the direction of Maryina Roshcha will leave the hotels along the projected passage 1564A and Gostinichny proezd, where the Okruzhnaya metro stop is planned, then going to Gostinichnaya street and then on its usual route.

And the bus route No. 677k will not remain at the metro stations and MCC "Vladykino", having reduced to the Okruzhnaya station. However, the U-turn will be made on a new route - through Lokomotivny Ave., Stantsionnaya Ave., Hotel Ave., Hotel St., Stantsionnaya St. with the introduction of the stop "Metro Okruzhnaya".

It is possible that a change in the trolleybus route will be timed to coincide with the opening of the metro. № 36 "VDNKh ( south entrance) - Beskudnikovskiy lane ". Its route should go along Dmitrovskoe shosse to the final stop "Dmitrovskoe shosse, 155". At the same time, he will leave Seligerskaya street and Beskudnikovskiye lane with a boulevard. At the end of the year, it is planned to produce electric buses for this direction and the infrastructure for its maintenance is being prepared taking into account the new route.

The first electric bus routes

Started by "Mosgortrans" at a positive pace of development of events should be crowned with the emergence of the first passenger lines, served entirely by a new type of rolling stock. According to the schedule for the delivery of new equipment in September-November 2018, serial samples should arrive in Moscow, and the total number of working electric buses should reach 300 units by the end of the year.

In the tender documentation, you can find the numbers of 20 routes that are going to be served by electric buses as early as 2018. Taking into account their routes, the places of installation of charging stations for ultra-fast charging have been determined.

Eight of these routes are currently trolleybus routes:

  • № 7 "Metro" Park Pobedy "- Cinema" Udarnik "";
  • No. 34k"St. Kravchenko - Kiev railway station»;
  • № 36 "VDNKh (southern) - Dmitrovskoe highway, 155";
  • № 42 Riga Station - Metro Dynamo;
  • № 73
  • № 76 "Kholmogorskaya st. - Metro "VDNKh" ";
  • № 80 "6th microdistrict Bibireva - Ostashkovskaya st.";
  • № 83 "Ussuriyskaya st. - Metro station "Preobrazhenskaya ploshchad" ".

Twelve more - by bus, but four of them were previously served by trolleybuses:

  • No. T25"Prosp. Budyonny - Metro "Lubyanka" ";
  • № 31 "Ostashkovskaya st. - Metro "Bibirevo" ";
  • № 33 VDNKh (southern) - Vladykino metro station;
  • № 53 "Metro" Bibirevo "- Metro" Vladykino "";
  • No. T88"Prosp. Budyonny - Komsomolskaya Square ";
  • № 107 "Metro" Filyovsky Park "- Platform. Matveevskaya ";
  • № 649 "Yasny prospect - Ostashkovskaya st.";
  • № 705 "Abramtsevskaya st. - Metro "Bibirevo" ";
  • № 778 Rizhsky Railway Station - Spartakovskaya Square;
  • № 832 Krylatskoe - Sports Center Krylatskoe;
  • B Garden Ring (inner);
  • B Garden Ring (outer).

Trolleybuses or buses?

The Moscow Department of Transport approved changes in the register of regular city routes, along which trolleybus transportation in several directions should be replaced by bus transportation. There is no urgent technical need for this, because the installation of the contact network, provided for by the reconstruction project, continues on the Tverskaya Zastava square.

In addition to the routes extended at the beginning of autumn, trolleybus routes №№ 20 "Serebryany Bor - Belorussky Railway Station", 70 "Bratsevo - Belorussky Railway Station", 82 "MPS Hospital - Belorussky Railway Station" and 56 Bazovskaya Street - 2nd Lesnoy Lane will also be able to reach Tverskaya Zastava without changing the mode of transport. The restored contact network will also allow trolleybus service to resume the route. № 18 ... However, it is not yet known whether trolleybuses will operate on Tverskaya Zastava.

Feasibility of extending the route № 82 to Tverskaya Zastava generally raises questions. At one time, it was organized as a replacement for the tram line removed from Leningradsky Prospekt and 1st Botkinsky Proezd. The connection of the area adjacent to the Botkin hospital with Leningradsky Prospekt under the terms road traffic possible only with a delayed U-turn under the Tverskoy overpass. Increasing this run by an extra kilometer with several traffic light objects on the way will only worsen the conditions for the carriage of passengers, for the sake of which the route appeared at one time. At the same time, the connection of Tverskaya Zastava with Leningradsky Prospekt and the beginning of the Volokolamskoye Highway is provided by routes №№ м1, Н1, 456, 904, 904к, to which the route can also join No. 70 (T70).

Echoes of "My Street"

A bus route should start working in April № 216 Luzhniki Stadium (southern) - Krasnopresnenskaya metro station. Its route will run along the embankments of the Moskva River, reconstructed in 2017 taking into account the organization of regular passenger traffic. Buses will proceed along Novoluzhnetskiy prospect, Luzhnetskaya and Frunzenskaya embankments, st. Khamovnichesky shaft, Luzhnetsky and Novodevichy pr., Savvinskaya, Rostovskaya, Smolenskaya and Krasnopresnenskaya embankments, pl. Free Russia, Konyushkovskaya st. and st. Zamorenova. It is planned to operate four buses of medium and large class on the route. Passengers will receive new stops "Novodevichy Cemetery", "Novodevichy Convent", "Novodevichy Prospect", "Savvinskaya Nab.", "Moskovsky Silk", "2nd Lane. Truzhenikov "," Bogdan Khmelnitsky Bridge "," Smolenskaya emb. " and "Novoarbatsky bridge".

Even more routes for the MCC

In the coming weeks, there will most likely be an end to the issue of transporting passengers to the Likhobory MCC station. The new access road (Projected passage No. 490) was in a high degree of readiness in the fall of 2016. However, until now, the movement of buses on it has not been organized. For a year and a half since the inclusion of bus routes to Likhobory station in the city register, one of them, without working a day, managed to change the number. "Virtual" route No. 123k"Metro" Petrovsko-Razumovskaya "- Art. Likhobory "assigned № 323 , under which he will begin work. It will pass along Lokomotivniy pr., St. Oktyabrskaya Lines railroad, Bolshaya Akademicheskaya st., 4th Novomikhalkovsky pr. And Projected passage No. 490.

From the stop "NAMI" should move to the station Likhobory and the final stops of bus routes №№ 22 "St. March 8 - US "and 139 "Metro" Vodny Stadion "- US".

The bus route restored since December 26, 2017 after the opening of the reconstructed Belokamenny overpass № 75 still does not call at the stop “Belokamennaya Station” provided by the register between the stops “Training Center of the Ministry of Health” and “Yauzskaya Alley”. Unlike Likhobor, there are no positive developments in the construction of an access road to the MCC station.

One can only guess whether another “frozen” route connected with the MCC will start operating this year - № 47 "Metro" Technopark "- Station ZIL". Road construction in the area of the built-up area of ZIL is being carried out quite actively. But whether everything will be ready for the launch of buses here, only time will tell.

Two more routes, long approved by the Moscow Department of Transport, could improve communication with the stations of the MCC Boulevard Rokossovsky and Lokomotiv. Their failure to work can only be explained by the organizational reasons of the carrier - for example, the lack of buses or drivers. The road conditions on their routes do not cause any complaints: on any of the roads they use, other public transport is already running.

The first is the route № 783 "Kamchatskaya Street - Metro Boulevard Rokossovsky". Its route will pass along Khabarovskaya, Baikalskaya and Irkutskaya streets, 2nd Irtyshsky passage, Montazhnaya street, st. Nikolay Khimushin, Tagilskaya st., Open highway and Ivanteevskaya st. 10 large-class Mosgortrans buses should operate here.

The second is a semi-express bus route № 941 "Kamchatskaya street - Metro" Preobrazhenskaya square "", which is planned to walk along Khabarovskaya street, Shchelkovsky sh. and Bolshaya Cherkizovskaya st. with intermediate stops "Khabarovskaya street, 20", "Altayskaya street", "Baikalskaya street", "Khabarovskaya street", "Metro" Shchelkovskaya "", "Kaloshino", "PO" Sokol "", "Metro" Cherkizovskaya "" and "Khalturinskaya street". 16 Mosgortrans buses of large and extra large classes are to enter the route.

From Tverskaya Zastava - to Kurkino

The bus route extended to Tverskaya Zastava last year № 905 according to previously approved plans, it should last beyond the Moscow Ring Road. Instead of the terminal station built at one time "in an open field" in the area of the 75th kilometer of the Moscow Ring Road, it will reach the residential area of Kurkino. New plot the route will run along the Leningradskoe sh., MKAD, Projected proezd No. 6699, Novokurkinskoe sh. and Sokolovo-Meshcherskaya st. Here, the semi-express route will follow with all stops along the route - while on Leningradskoye Highway and Leningradsky Prospekt, buses accept and drop off passengers only at junction stops.

How long can we expect changes?

For twenty-nine new routes on which tenders are currently taking place, carriers have not yet been determined, and this information has not been entered into the city's route register. That is why passengers cannot use them yet. It is necessary to wait for the completion of the competitive selection, the conclusion of the state contract and the fulfillment of the preparatory conditions provided for by it.

The situation is different with the approved routes, for which the carrier has long been known, and this is the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosgortrans". A whole group of routes either works on old routes, which the registry has already refused, or does not work at all (routes №№ 783, 941 ).

Back in 2016, changes were made to bus routes №№ 76 and 803 in the area of the VDNKh metro station, which would make it possible to bring stops closer to the lobby of the VDNKh metro station. Instead of the terminal station "VDNKh (sev.)", The register of routes for them provides for a new terminal on Kosmonavtov Street. And instead of the Longitudinal passage, the route includes Ostankinsky passage and Prospekt Mira. In fact, for almost two years now, Mosgortrans has been ignoring the routes established by the register, and passengers do not receive the promised and desired service in many directions.

In the meantime, the route register should reflect up-to-date information on the operating routes of regular transport. From the moment the changes are approved (or the announced date of the changes coming into force), carriers are obliged to work according to the new parameters. And to indicate intentions and long-term plans, there is the envisaged concept of planning documents for regular transportation. With its help, it is possible to resolve all possible conflicts between long-term plans and the current route network, indicating the timing of the planned changes and the necessary procedures for starting transportation.

However, Moscow, unlike other regions, has not yet mastered this format. As a result, it is extremely difficult to figure out where the carriers themselves are driving in violation of the routes, working according to the old schemes, and where, on the contrary, the bold plans of the Department are not supported by the necessary road conditions. Only one thing remains clear: passengers on many destinations do not have the opportunity to use routes that exist only "on paper".

Among the routes of the Moscow tram, the register of city routes also plans changes, about which TR. ru... The exact dates have not yet been announced, and in general it is not known whether they will fall in 2018.

The most ambitious change in the route scheme of ground transport in the center of Moscow in several decades is scheduled for October 8, 2016. According to the information of the Moscow Mayor's Office, it is from this day that new dedicated lanes for public transport will be introduced, new route numbers will appear, and their intervals and waiting times at stops - will be reduced.

Operation "Highway"

Like any other notable phenomenon of recent years, the new route network received its code designation - "Magistral". The essence of the concept is the formation of a network of frequent routes along the main directions outgoing from the center. Basic intervals for such routes are laid down in the timetables at the level of five to ten minutes. On less stressful directions, there will be "regional" routes that can actually go through at least half of the city's territory. Their frequency will be maintained at the level of 10-15 minutes. Routes that have been assigned the “social” status will have an interval of up to half an hour. And the night routes, as before, will operate with a stroke of 30 minutes. To explain to passengers the meaning and advantages of the new route network, a special section has been created on the official website of Moscow. Schemes of the new route network have already appeared at some city stops.

Is the crisis over?

As transport gradually left the center, site already told in. The time has come for public transport to at least partially regain its former positions.

"M" instead of "C"

The new number sequence for routes will start with the index " m"(" Um-small "), indicating the main routes. According to the developers of the new network, such indexing will allow passengers to quickly recognize that such a route operates with the maximum frequency of movement, and the intervals of movement do not exceed five to ten minutes.

The buses with the index “ c»At the end - the new numbering will do without these letters, although the routes themselves will be preserved with some changes.

Night route numbers, as before, will start with the index " N". And their common meeting place in the center will move from Lubyanskaya Square to Slavyanskaya, to the southern lobby of Kitay-Gorod metro station.

New stops

New stops will also work for the rethought public transport routes. However, in the last century, most of them worked. In fact, now they are only restoring a part of 52 stops lost in a quarter of a century. Again, 25 "public transport access points" will work for passengers:

  • "Manezhnaya Square" (on Okhotny Ryad Street towards Theater Square);
  • "Teatralnaya Ploschad" (on Okhotny Ryad Street towards Manezhnaya Square);
  • Manezhnaya Square (on Mokhovaya Street towards Borovitskaya Square);
  • "Metro" Lubyanka "- Polytechnic Museum" (on Lubyanskiy proezd);
  • "Metro" Lubyanka "- Central Children's Store" (on Teatralny Proezd towards Manezhnaya Square);

Losses in the new network

The introduction of a new route network in the center did not go without canceling some stops (there will not be a single public transport route on them), as well as breaking direct connections.

In particular, residents of the "island" (the area between the Moskva River and the Vodootvodny Canal) are already concerned. The only route that passed the island almost the entire length - № 6 - from now on it will only be crossed across. And the connection between Sadovnicheskaya and Kosmodamianskaya embankments with Bolotnaya Square and many central streets will be cut off.

If we take as a basis as a noteworthy thesis of the designers of the new network that one-way communications are not stable and do not form their own passenger traffic (for example, on a trolleybus № 1 before it was possible to get from Tverskaya or 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya streets to the Boulevard Ring, but it was impossible to get back, since the route back ran through the Kremlin Ring), then with this criterion there is a loss of direct connections.

The connection of the entire “island” with the Arbat Gate square has been lost. Forward and backward buses route № 6 here they walked along perpendicular streets, but the distance between opposite stops was only 380 m. Outside the center, the connection between the “island” and the districts of Krasnaya Presnya and Horoshevskoye Highway was lost.

Rebuilding the route No. T2- successor to the trolleybus route № 2 , this time under No. m2- to Kitay-gorod, at the same time the Boulevard Ring and Prechistenskaya embankment were removed from the highway. Meanwhile, from the metro area "Kropotkinskaya" for almost two decades (from December 1, 1998, when the trolleybus route № 44 ) there was a two-way direct connection with Novy Arbat and Kutuzovsky Prospekt.

Along the already mentioned route No. T1(former trolleybus № 1 ), also for decades, communication was established between the distant part of Tverskaya Street, 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street and the beginning of Leningradsky Prospekt with Bolshaya Polyanka and the Danilovsky district.

Stops without routes will remain:

  • "Cinema" Udarnik "" on the Sofiyskaya embankment;
  • Metro Kitay-Gorod on Kitaygorodsky passage;
  • "Metro" Kropotkinskaya "" on Volkhonka street towards Borovitskaya square;
  • Bolshoi Kamenny Bridge on Prechistenskaya Embankment;
  • "Prechistenskaya embankment" on Prechistenskaya embankment.

If these stops that have become unused at this stage are now demarcated for the sake of parking lots or other needs, additional efforts will have to be made to restore them in the future. For example, now Kitaygorodsky proezd borders on the construction site of the Zaryadye park, and the passenger traffic here is small. But already in 2017-2018 this place will become crowded again.

Once again, the information campaign about the new route network came out crumpled. In fact, it began with the publication of the section on the official website of Moscow 4 days before the announced changes.

And again, Moscow decided not to comply with the "Rules for the carriage of passengers and baggage ..." (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2009 No. 112), prescribing that information on changing the schedule should be communicated to passengers on time no later than 10 days before the date of change of schedules.

In addition, the launch itself on the scheduled date is given with great difficulty. For example, two days before the launch of the Magistral, traffic lights at the intersection of the Garden Ring with Dolgorukovskaya and Malaya Dmitrovka streets were completely absent.

In this situation, it would be optimal either to start informing passengers about the launch of routes earlier than October 4, or to postpone the launch for the next weekend - for example, October 15.

Why so many renames?

The introduction of a new route scheme is accompanied by the renaming of a number of routes and stops.

It is not clear why it was necessary to rename the stops Alexandrovsky Sad Metro into Lenin Biblioteka Metro Station, Lubyanskaya Ploshchad into Lubyanka Metro Station, and Trubnaya Square (on Tsvetnoy Boulevard) into Metro Trubnaya. The new names reflect the names of the main objects of the area no better than the old ones.

There is more logic in renaming the stop “Central Telegraph” to “Metro Okhotny Ryad”. The reconstruction stop has been moved closer to the metro. "Street Balchug" on Sofiyskaya embankment began to be called "Sofiyskaya embankment" - inherited from the route № 158 inherited from the route № 6 the stop has a "namesake" in the form of the previous stop on the route № 158 on the Bolotnaya embankment.

The renaming of the stops Trubnaya Ploschad on Petrovsky Boulevard towards Pushkinskaya Square and Petrovskie Vorota in the same direction towards Trubnaya Ploschad into Petrovsky Boulevard is successful, since they are located opposite each other in the middle of the boulevard.

The name of the stop "Nikitskie Vorota - TASS" on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street has been simplified. It began to be called simply "Nikitsky Gate". The stop on Volkhonka "Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts", on the contrary, was complicated to "Metro" Kropotkinskaya "- Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts".

It is also unclear whether the name of the stops “Metro Mayakovskaya” instead of the former “Triumfalnaya Square” on the Garden Ring, Tverskaya Street, 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street and in Oruzheyny Lane will be more informative for passengers.

Many routes have also been renamed. At the same time, the mention of foreign experts in the presentation article of the project rather indicates that some aspects of the project were not very successfully copied from somewhere.

In particular, the English “translation” of the concept “High-frequency routes” displayed on the new colorful plates is much closer to the essence. Indeed, these are rather high frequency routes than trunk routes. For real main routes, traffic sections with one traffic lane in each direction, as well as the final ones, such as "Silicate Plant" or "4th Cable Street", look strange.

The translation of "Specialized routes" is also not literal, which suggests that the term was chosen unsuccessfully.

In the “Local routes” category, the translation is close in meaning to the original, however, this category defines routes that pass through the territory of several metropolitan districts, for example, connecting Luzhniki and VDNKh No. T15, or the Nagatinsky backwater and the mouth of the Yauza № 156 .

And the declared intervals of movement, as the first acquaintances with the timetables show, do not fully correspond to reality. Route No. м6 on weekends, more than once every 12 minutes is not planned, although the category of trunk lines provides for a "plug" of 5-10 minutes. There would be no contradictions if the route № 6 with its terminus in the industrial zone and a narrow section along Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street, they would not forcibly declare the main one. The same applies to the trolleybus route that does not meet the requirements of the mainline. No. м8... Its intervals on weekends reach even 30 minutes. The old one would be more suitable for him № 45 .

Further more

It is planned to continue saturating the central streets with public transport in 2017-2018. Several radial routes can be combined to form diametrical ones. And the main "highlight" of the new network should be the extension of the dead-end "boulevard" tram line along Akademika Sakharov Avenue to join the existing line in the area of Komsomolskaya Square. But first, in order to complete what has already been promised, it is necessary to restore the movement of trolleybuses along the routes №№ B-black, B-red, 3, 10, 39, 47 and 79 .
