Where to sleep

Most traveler reviews refer to South Terminals D, E, F, as most of the busy, international flights are served there. Each gate has many places, and some of them are without armrests.
There is a carpeted space at the junction of Terminals D and E.
The floor is mostly tiled, so bring something warm to lay on.
The airport is cold and brightly lit, so bring some warm clothing and an eye mask.

Radisson Blu Hotel Sheremetyevo Airport - Connected to the airport by a passage located on the third floor (departure area) between terminals D, E and F.

Park Inn Sheremetyevo Airport - (3 minutes walk from the airport terminals) located within walking distance from terminals D, E and F. A free bus runs every 30 minutes between the hotel and terminals D, E and F. Day rooms are available.

Sheraton Hotel Moscow Sheremetyevo - (5 minutes from the airport) Free 24-hour airport transfer from terminals D, E and F.

Novotel Moscow Sheremetyevo - (5 minutes walk from Terminal 2). There is a wing of the hotel that is accessible to transit passengers. Free shuttle to / from Terminals D, E and F every 20 minutes (6:00 am to 10:00 pm) and every 30 minutes (10:00 pm to 6:00 am); and from terminals B and C hourly, upon request. Day rooms are offered for 8 hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Kora-VIP Hotel - (4 minutes from the airport) Located between Terminals 1 and 2. Free airport shuttle is available upon request (must be pre-booked).

Transport between terminals

Terminals D, E, F are connected by passenger passages. A free bus runs between the South Terminal Complex (D, E, F, Aeroexpress) and B and C terminals for passengers only.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available outside the 1st floor of arrival at Terminals C, D, E and F. Official taxis can be obtained from the taxi stand located inside the terminals.

Train

Aeroexpress is a high-speed train that runs between the airport and Belorussky railway station with a total travel time of 35 minutes one way. Belorussky railway station provides long-distance railway communication from the north-east, south, west and south-west of Moscow, as well as the transition to the Zamoskvoretskaya and Koltsevaya lines of the Moscow metro. Aeroexpress trains run non-stop from 5:00 am to 1:30 am, and depart every 30 minutes in each direction. A one-way ticket costs 470 rubles, they are sold at ticket offices, vending machines, at Pay @ Gate service turnstiles, in retail outlets owned by the company's partners, and payment is also possible with a rechargeable Troika card. Discounted fares are available if you buy a ticket through the website or mobile application (420 rubles). You can board the Aeroexpress through gates 2 or 4 at the Belarusian railway terminal or through terminals D, E and F at Sheremetyevo airport.
