The handsome Outrigger, in which we rested from December 10 to December 19, 2018, we really liked and we will definitely return to this hotel. We rested as a family with a child of 3 years old. The hotel consists of several two-storey buildings, part has access to the sea, part to the lagoon, part to the pools (3 pools). The hotel has two restaurants, which work in shifts according to the buffet or menu system. Breakfast mealsmonotonous, but the choice is large, so if you have a rest for a week, you will not get bored. 2 swimming pools for adults and one for children. There is a water slide, the child liked it. There is always drinking water... Two types of towels: beach and pool towels. Sun loungers are almost always engaged from morning until lunchtime, Chinese tourists can easily shift your things and lie on a sun lounger. There is a playground with a slide and sandpit and a kids club, but we didn’t use it. the child was either in the pool or playing on the beach. Next to the hotel, on the left side, there is a small market where you can buy beach accessories, water, beer, snacks, juice and fruit (fruit is expensive). Further, there is a passage to the beach restaurant, for every taste and budget. We took food at the hotel, and in the evening went to beach restaurants for cocktails at sunset)) Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day, linen is changed every other day. Family vacationing in this hotel in the month of July. We had a club room overlooking the lagoon. I can note the good cleaning of the rooms, delicious varied breakfasts, which made me happy, they prepared porridge oatmeal for the child. A clean pool with a slide, always grabbed sunbeds. The only negativerough sea, waves, practically didn’t swim. But that was to be expected, the rainy season. I would love to come again…

Rested in this hotel in early December. I have not seen any other hotels in Thailand, I have nothing to compare with. On personal feelings, this hotel is a solid 4-ka. If you stay here, you won't spoil your rest. But you need to clearly understand that luxury is not worth waiting for. Would I come back here?I think yes. Now let's go through the main points. Arrival Ordered in advance Thai SIM-cards for communication, received them at the airport. We drove to the hotel for half an hour. They met us with drinks and flower bracelets, walked us to the sofa, and the standard registration procedure began: filling out an application form, a passport, paying a deposit (for 11 nights, $ 670). Weather in December Hot, but not stuffy +29, frequent rains. In cloudy weather, the local nature, alas, does not look at all. Staff Every Thai person here smiles, the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is the magic of this country - you immediately feel as if you have come home. The hotel speaks English language, outside with the locals you can speak Russian (thanks to our tourists). Well, besides, at the reception you can contact the Russian girl Xenia, she helped us a lot. All problems were solved instantly! Whatever we asked, we were immediately delivered to the room (to contact the reception from the room, dial 0). When we checked in, we got a room with a view of the corner of the building, we were asked to change the number, in 10 minutes the issue was completely resolved. Number Lived in the part of the hotel, which is closer to the lagoon. The rooms are all very small, the balconies are generally tiny. Furniture is in good condition. Interesting thing: a large umbrella was found in the closet. Bathrobes in different sizes. WiFi is smart, there are Russian channels. Cleaned up in good faith. To get to 7Eleven you need to either wait for the shuttle bus (it will take 10 minutes, there will be 2 changes, check with any employee, they will explain to you), or walk 20 minutes. I don’t know why everyone admires this store so much, we went there in vain, but on the way back (went on foot) we looked at the pharmacy. Here I can recommend it with pleasure, all the medicines that I bought for myself and as a gift helped. I especially recommend asking for remedies for problem skin (they would advise a mask in a blue package and a small pink bubble), a tiger ointment for the back, a mixture of herbs to pierce the nose with a runny nose. You can easily walk to the fruit market from the hotel (we walked for 30-40 minutes). On the market you can buy baskets for transportation (small, medium and large). Fruit can be taken with you on board (except for durian). Finally, the most important thing is the promenade within walking distance from the hotel (to the left of the beach, don't miss it). Clothes - here you can buy beach items good quality ... Every second vacationer at the hotel walks in them (colorful wide-leg pants, white shirts, colored wicker capes over swimsuits, T-shirts, light shorts), bags - in general, you don't have to take this with you from home. After the rows of clothes, there is a shop of Thai traditional medicine. Here you can buy shampoos, masks, balms, aroma sticks (they smell nice, but run out very quickly). The pharmacy has a guy who speaks very good Russian. A little further you can buy a fresh fruit milkshake (80 baht = 160 rubles), coconut (60 baht = 120 rubles), sometimes hot corn is cooked, but it is quickly sold out. The rest of the waterfront is several restaurants that alternate with massage tables (by the way, I liked the massage). We ate in three places: A-Loma Restaurant (ate once, liked it), Golden Fish (ate often until one of us got poisoned), Green Leaf (located farthest, but we liked it the most). In the evenings, the green leaf is especially good: live music is played in a nearby restaurant. You can choose a table on the sand or in the back of the restaurant. There is a menu in Russian. All products run and swim practically in front of you (seafood in the aquariums at the entrance, pigs frolic in the trash can). Considering our experience and what we have seen and heard, I strongly advise you to take pills for poisoning with you. There is a 50% discount on cocktails (180 baht = RUB 360) in the Green Leaf from 18-19, but if you really ask, they will reduce the price of cocktails even without a promotion. The portions are very large and cook quickly. Tom Yam (soup) tried three types, did not understand this dish. But Pad Thai (fried noodles) is very good. For one person, about 400 baht (800 rubles) came out at the rate of: hot, 2 cocktails, coffee, salad. For three, 1200-1300 baht (2400-2600 rubles) came out. We tried the crab at Golden Fish (150 baht / 300 rubles / 100 gr, medium crab 300 gr), the fish was taken in the Green leaf (80 baht / 160/100 gr, standard fish 700 gr, but we asked for less, it turned out 500 gr). At the end, as a rule, they bring a compliment (sliced ​​watermelons and pineapples). In general, you will not starve at all! Beach without frills. There are not many sun beds, but we all had enough. People from other hotels didn’t bother me (I didn’t know who was local and who was a vacationer). Animation Entertainment Well ... it's not there, let's be honest :) Sometimes a girl sings in the lobby in the evenings. But what I really liked was that the kids were taken out to the main hotel with a bunch of inflatable toys. Excursions I rarely write about this, but a hotel guide is just a trash. A rude, incompetent girl, without hiding, offered us some new excursions, did not even answer our questions about traditional tours, was sincerely surprised that there is a Crab statue in Crabby Town. Ruined our mood. We took excursions in two different companies that we found on the Internet: Emerald Crabby, 11 islands (2 days), sightseeing in Phuket.
