Our flight on August 31 from Belgorod to Domodedovo was canceled, for some unknown reason, when they came to sort out the representative office in Belgorod, we were told that the flight was canceled for technical reasons and what in return? They offered to fly from Voronezh, when asked about a hotel or a bus to Voronezh, we were answered at our own expense. How about the carrier has to deliver the passengers ??? They asked to transfer, to another airline, again, buy a ticket at your own expense. We could not even return the ticket (since it was bought very far)! In our case, another problem is that our tickets were paid for by the organization and how to explain to the accounting department, why a flight from Voronezh, when with tickets from Belgorod ???

There are no alternatives - no other day of departure, no flights to a nearby city (even to that I already agreed).

After takeoff, malfunctions were discovered, which led to the return of the aircraft to the airport in the city of Voronezh.

The second incident occurred with the An-24 aircraft in April 2010, which was flying from Moscow to Voronezh. Glass cracked in the device at an altitude of 4 kilometers, which led to a depressurization of the cabin. Nevertheless, the car was safely planted, none of the passengers and crew were injured.
