The conditions for applying the special tariff can be found in the Rules (clause 16) to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation (see Appendix).

The list of routes for air transportation of passengers approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation:

- with Of the Far East and in the opposite direction provides for the possibility of subsidizing flights on 152 routes (according to Appendix No. 1) and on 9 routes (according to Appendix No. 2). 8 airlines received applications for 90 routes (see table).

In 2019, 3.811 billion rubles are allocated from the federal budget to pay subsidies to airlines. In accordance with the rules to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, 75% of this amount (2.858 billion rubles) is allocated to subsidize flights from the Far East and back; 15% (RUB 571.77 million) - to Simferopol and back: 10% (RUB 381.18 million) - from Kaliningrad and back.

For me personally, the most important plus was freshly brewed hot coffee. Business lunches, as well as complex dinners, are held on the second floor, a pleasant atmosphere of the hall: classic interior + textiles in white and red tones + good serving. Kitchen on high level(varied menu, great taste and excellent presentation of dishes), I say this as a person who has worked for almost four years in the hospitality industry. You can enjoy lunch and dinner at the hotel. I advise everyone to try the pastry chef in the lobby bar on the 1st floor. The taste is unearthly. Was surprised by the filling of coffee breaks. Three types of pastries, assorted juice, tea and coffee (employees came and poured several times). All participants were satisfied. The gala dinner of the company also went off with a bang. 4. Conference services. The conference rooms on the 2nd floor are well equipped technically, and the work of the IT specialist is admirable. Opposite the hotel is the Sberbank office a multi-storey building, at night the green sign glows green, the curtains let in all the color. It is quite difficult for a person who is accustomed to sleep in the dark to fall asleep. Therefore, I advise you to be interested in which side the windows face when checking in. The halls on the floors are very stuffy, there is no air conditioning. Another minus of the hotel restaurant is that the waiters do not bring all the dishes, but take them to the guests on iron carts! I do not recommend taking the hall next to the restaurant on the 2nd floor for events, the tiles on the floor and a very strange smell. The elevator system is also quite interesting, not all elevators can go down to 1 or 2 floors.
